“I was looking up phone number to call about my loan and was shocked at the reviews so feel compelled to post my own experience;I feel ISB is an awesome local bank. They offer all the major bank services with the hometown treatment of being one of their own neighbors. I've had 3 loans on everything from personal to mortgage to new business and have never had an issue with paperwork, call-back, etc. I was a new customer when they helped me start new business bc I/it was part of the community of Canton.
