Dirty restrooms, no handsoap, trash on the floor

04/17/2025 - 6:30am Store is not open again.
04/15/2025 - Only one person opened, no morning food service again.
03/25/2025 - That one person running the store. No one else there, no cooked food etc., they again are apologizing when it's not their fault.
03/13/2025 - Have to be open to gain a profit don't you, 6:30am and no one there?
Earlier this week:
Is it normal for your best employee to apologize to others and cry because she feels so bad for the people expecting food and embarrassed when others don't show to do their job?
Why is she the only employee there? I would think policy wouldn't allow the store to open with only one employee!
This is happening more often then not. Believe the daily customer, something needs to happen at this store soon.

Had an online pickup order have some wrong contents but a store associate was quick to fix and correct the mistake!

We occasionally order pizza from here. This time, a meat lovers pizza and a taco pizza. The taco pizza came with a lettuce core that was also rotten. The meat lovers pizza was only was missing the ham-nothing but disappointments.

Too far off the interstate for a quick on and off but very Clean & Friendly. You can tell this is a staple of the local community.

Very upset waiting on an iced coffee the man told the lady and she never fixed it paid for it waited 30mins and I finally left will never come back there

Very well kept and friendly place. In fact it had by far the cleanest gas station bathroom I've ever seen. Was very thankful we decided to stop here on our trip.

I stopped in moments ago and being a vegan it's hard to get decent food on the Road much less a small general store. This amazing young man made me a fresh veggie sub that was just outstanding. Thank you for going above and beyond. The restrooms were very clean.

I called 2 ask IF my daughter was still working there before I HAD to call police for a missing person .She last worked at Casey's St. Elmo and I haven't heard anything from her in months. They were so RUDE and said she couldn't give no information out and I ask HER if SHE knew my daughter to have her call me. . hung up on me.
