“I'm a service manager at a small shop wayyyy down in South Mississippi, needing my best friend to come down to spend time and go dress shopping for my wedding in March. When my bestie told me she was hearing some noises, I told her to find a shop to take a look before she chanced the drive to me, because I couldn't be there to see and hear what was going on.
She happened to be driving down the road and passed this place, pulled in, and the gentleman that spoke to her was INCREDIBLE. Not only was his estimate VERY cost effective, he also took the time to ensure that she understood what she was hearing and seeing.
