Sold me a truck it was filthy they didn't even change the oil and now it has a fuel leak after 2000 miles because of a hack job on a fuel line repair I feel like they could have done a better job but they at least got the truck where I could afford with my budget

Craig Wieber was the most unprofessional salesman online, I can not even imagine him in person!
Avoid buying a car from him or this dealership.
I commented on a ford bronco for sale. And he responded back SO INCONSIDERATELY AND RUDE.
I called to report this man for being RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL on a post he had made for the car.
And not even a minute later the post was deleted!
SHADY CAR DEALERSHIP. STAY AWAY !

All of the Pennington locations are shady. They fraudulently sold me a truck with the wrong carfax. The vin number was off on the carfax by just a few digits and so we didn’t notice. Not even a year later the truck had a multitude of problems (including a bad transmission) and that’s when we realized the provided carfax was wrong. I tried to get them to resolve the issue but they did not meet me half way. I did get them to take it back but I had to trade in. I traded for a new car so I wouldn’t get scammed and they now have the junk truck on the lot AGAIN, listed for double over what the asking price should be. Feel sorry for whoever buys from them. Sketchy people!

So this is how my Monday started not very well.
So this isn’t my first time I’ve had problems with them the day I bought my car the tech was suppose to check everything and he didn’t cause I had to go back to have them do a oil change on it the next day.
Haven’t heard from the dealership that I got my car from I’ve been hearing a bunch of noises. So I called today to find out what’s going on and they said nothing well not to mention they gave me a rental vehicle that you could not roll the windows down. It did not have a window seal in it so every time I drove it and it was raining I got saturated. It smelled like a funeral home. And I called and told them that the sticker on the vehicle was expired from last year. So I went to go get my car and they said nothing is wrong with it. Well I know there is. So I get home from work tonight and my husband is looking at it and he knows what it is and this is one thing that makes me mad when a service tech says he checked the oil in my car when I got home and I barley had any on my stick. I WILL NOT STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE. I can’t believe they have done me this way. ITS THE TIMING CHAIN

My dad bought a car in November 2024, a brand new car, off the showroom floor. From the beginning, they tried to scam him and rob him of money. They quoted him the total price. When he got home, he noticed it was $6000 more than what they said. He took it back the next day and they said, oh, it was just an oversight! Then, dad paid cash out of his own pocket for gap insurance and other things, $4000, and they told him they would reimburse him within 3 days. He went in almost every day for 3.5 months and everyone gave him the runaround. They stated that they could not cut a check. They said someone else had to do it and mail it to him. Well, I told my dad to report them to the BBB and he did. He reported them to the BBB last Friday February 28, 2025. And guess what? They called him Monday, March 3, 2025 and told him they had cut the check and to come on in and pick it up. Now, why couldn't they do this before? I'll tell you why, my dad is elderly and they thought from the beginning that they could get over on him. NOPE. Needless to say, he has a very intelligent daughter that cares. Salem is a small town. I was raised there. My dad still lives there. Anyone that knows my dad knows that he is a great, honest man. He did not deserve this at all. Shame on them!!! Long story short, DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE. RUN. RUN FAR AWAY. Come to St Louis and buy a car. They are all really nice here and you get great deals. Don Brown will come out and meet you in person. You won't hear the words, oh, you can't talk to him, like Pennington told my dad about their boss. LOL. They are a joke, rude, and will take you. RUN. Oh, and I am not done. I have police friends and detective friends. They are advising me on what to do. I am going to the main headquarters and filing a complaint too. From what I hear, this place needs to be investigated. It sounds like an employee is stealing money possibly, or something is going on. Either way, they are getting rich off people. RIDICULOUS!!!
