These people have cared for my family in our deepest and darkest hours, and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about them. The personal calls are much appreciated. The staff has always been kind and helpful, and I've not ever observed anything other than professionalism there. As long as Elizabeth and her staff are there, I'll not go anywhere else!

My fiancé asked about a medication cost that was 2x as much as another pharmacy. The man she was working with said he had been a pharmacist for over 10 years and he didn’t appreciate her questioning the price, then he preceded to say rude comments to another employee as she walked away. Customer service was extremely poor and disappointing.

Dave is awesome. He cares. Is polite. I didn't even want to leave a 2 Star review just because of him, however.... Elizabeth is very rude. I called this morning she says “we just opened like 2 seconds ago and it's gonna be a couple hours before I can even give you a priceâ€. Then hangs up. How come when she is there it takes hours and when Dave is there he fills quickly ? I don't think cvs really cares due to the fact that they are so big as a company. There are many pharmacies in our area and me and my husband both use cvs in Salem. Being polite shouldn't be that hard. We are seriously considering changing pharmacies and hate to because Dave is great.
