This happened for the second time in salem illinois tried to get gas and pump was locked went to another and it was prepay only ..no card and the rest of the pumps were blocked off with orange cones..both time it was in the morning ..today was 10:30am

I went to the gas station at 2:13pm came out at 2:29pm, this was before work at 3pm. Worst experience ever because the attendant said she'll turn on the pump but I have to come back inside to pay? Is that even allowed?? I didnt quite understand at first because that made no since. I Went inside to pay before this happened. I'm not coming back because of the rude behavior and I liked coming here. Negativity is unreal.

they are supposed to be open until 11:30pm, yet when I try to get gas at 10:50pm they are already closed. this is the 3rd time that this has happened.

This is a great little store close to the interstate. Staff are friendly and polite. Even though they are working short on staff day in and day out. I wish they'd find help because they deserve a day off.

I stood at the window this morning for at least 2 min mabe 3 watching the attendent playing on her phone. Wanted to get a lottery ticket. She never did look up so I just finishing pumping my gas and left. It was at 8:30 am.
