I was visiting family in Iuka when the nose piece disappeared from my glasses. My mom and brother insisted that I go to Salem Eye Clinic. The very kind and professional people there fixed my glassesin minutes and refused payment! I highly recommend Salem Eye Clinic!

Sitting in the waiting room for over half an hour, and then an additional twenty minutes in the actual treatment room is just too long! Leaving a patient waiting for almost an hour is inconsiderate!

I’m very pleased with the attention that is given to my eye care. Dr. Wolff is patient and kind and thoroughly explains any problem or procedure to me. The whole staff is courteous and attentive.

This place is amazing! The quality of care, the quality of their glasses, and the level of professionalism within their clinic creates the best office visit! Love the staff, the doctors, and their glasses! You should not consider anywhere else for your eye needs!

We were travelling and our daughter had a particle in her eye and they took us in and examined/treated her when other clinics would not even take a child that young. Great empathy and great professionalism all around in a difficult situation. Kudos!

Before coming upon the Salem Eye Clinic, I was beginning to wonder if optometrists take the Hippocratic oath as do other doctors. I was en route with my family today to see the eclipse in southern Illinois when one of my contacts ripped. I was confident at first that I wouldn't need to drive hundreds of miles while squinting with one eye shut, because, as luck would have it, I had my vision prescription on me. Not so fast. Three other optical practices informed me that they could do nothing for me when I approached about purchasing a box of left eye lenses or getting a single sample lens. I was aghast but was told that the law prohibits me from purchasing this "medical device" if they haven't examined me. Salem Eye Clinic was different. They called up my optometrist to verify the prescription and assisted me. The prioritization of profit motive over ethics in this profession is mind-boggling to me. I hope the community there supports this establishment - they put my wellness over the money grab.
