I have been at my new place going on 2yrs now. I have NEVER had any problems with receiving package when the tracking says I should have it at my old place. But in the last 5 or 6 months EVERY PACKAGE that I've ordered but one HAS NOT MADE IT TO ME WHEN IT SAYS IT WAS DELIVERED. If it has been once maybe twice but no it's now been numerous times. The mailman says he has dumped it off and I don't get it for another 4 or 5 days. Birthday presents and Christmas late. That has been my BIGGEST problem. The people that I talk to at the post office are of no real help either. They tell me they will call back or to call them at this time and no call and they aren't in the office. It is to the point where I don't even want anything sent to my home and I wouldn't even get a PO box there...even with it being in the same building I still wouldn't get my packages on time.

Car payment sent back to me as ANK attempt not known. Have paid on this for 4 years and the bank is still there! Also label of address was readable. Carrier that runs this route needs to throw at PO or PO needs to learn their route. Let's get it together Salem! Phone number to reach real person at office is a joke!

Every staff person who's been at the counter over nearly seven years I've been a customer has been friendly, competent, and helpful. It seems that nobody there ever has a bad day. They know my PO box number before I even have to tell them.

I can get what I need but some of the staff is absolutely rude. Don't try and call after 4:30. They'll just hang up.
