I purchased ear plugs and had a piece of one like lodge in my ear canal which required a ENT to remove it. I immediately called customer service to report this and they were no help. I wanted something posted so it didn’t happen to someone else..

Got new tires for my ride. Ordered and prepaid on the app, went to the store at the time of my appointment. Got me right in and I wandered around the store for about 15 minutes. Went back to the tire shop and waited the rest of the time there. Took right at an hour. Great work by the staff and all went well.

We got a flat on I24W on a Sunday. Checked the GPS for a local Walmart and 7 miles later the staff in the auto department were evaluating our tire. The blown tire needed to be replaced and for an extremely reasonable price the new tire was installed. We were on the way home from a family vacation and a flat tire is a bummer but the efficient, polite and reasonably priced eased the pain.

This is a very nice Walmart. It was very well stocked. The isles were nice and clean and everything was organized. The employees were very nice. Had to ask a question and was probably showing where something was in the store. Very nice Walmart.

I would give the store itself a 5 but there was one person that I ran into that was evidently a person charge. Her name is Amy and wore a red shirt. I was in the store today with my service dog. She is still a puppy and still in training. I had her service jacket on her, she was in a buggy with a blanket laying in the bottom so I could keep her from other people. But when Amy walked past us my pup started wiggling her tail and wanted Amy’s attention. Amy was very upset about the pup and said if she was a service animal she shouldn’t have went straight up to her. And if she hears of any problems about the pup we would have to leave. My husband drives semi truck and this location is one of our favorite places to stop and park. I really feel heart broken because of Amy and her actions. We weren’t bothering any. If anything we were making other people smile!?

The store was stocked well. There weren't any pallets of material sitting in aisles. The employees were friendly, asking if you needed assistance like the old days.
