“I brought my granddaughter in to open up her 1st checking account. We met up with Kristen who informed us she couldn't at this time because since it was her 1st account she needed to show proof of social security. Kristen was very nice about it.
We came back a half hour later with social security card but Kristen was already with another client so Denise K. Came over and was able to set up the account explain everything to my granddaughter and get her a debit card. Denise was wonderful!”

“I went there one day I was visiting my old town me and my sister went into the bank she used to work there I guess I don't know.
Anyway I said to them hey you got a tree growing in your gutter, 6 years later tree still growing in that gutter!!! I got a buddy that lives down the street he's going to take a picture of it and I'll post it.

“My wife and I have been customers of Heartland Bank & Trust Company in Sandwich, IL since 2019 after we switched from another bank. Our experience with this location has always been very positive and they have been very helpful on any number of occasions. We both like the personal treatment we get by being called by our name when we walk in and/or when we drive up. I have learned to call the individual tellers by name as a courtesy to them as well. Many of the original personel have since been exchanged out with new personel taking their place. I'm trying to learn their names too, but not all of them wear their name tags clearly displayed with their name. This would be very helpful for me. Other than that we really, really like Heartland Bank & Trust and it's employees.”

“This branch is the best bank that anyone could ever walk into they make you feel like your family. They almost give you too much money just for Good Time sake. ? just kidding about giving money away, but they are a great bank and great people. I suggest everybody join.”
