“Big bank capabilities with a small town vibe. All the staff are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Has drive through, night deposit, and a 24 hour ATM kiosk. Been working with them since 1990 when they were the Sandwich State Bank. Never a problem, first rate in my opinion. There are several location so check their website for hours and remote ATMs.”

“My wife and I have been customers of Heartland Bank & Trust Company in Sandwich, IL since 2019 after we switched from another bank. Our experience with this location has always been very positive and they have been very helpful on any number of occasions. We both like the personal treatment we get by being called by our name when we walk in and/or when we drive up. I have learned to call the individual tellers by name as a courtesy to them as well. Many of the original personel have since been exchanged out with new personel taking their place. I'm trying to learn their names too, but not all of them wear their name tags clearly displayed with their name. This would be very helpful for me. Other than that we really, really like Heartland Bank & Trust and it's employees.”
