The work that I had done was good, no issue. However I was quoted 54.95 on my oil change and was charged 70.45. I was also charged 172.16 for my sunroof repair and was told $10 would have been taken of the repair. I'm was very unhappy about my bill and was in a rush to get to a call for work, so I didn't say anything but shouldn't have had to my bill should have been correct with out me saying anything. I feel as though I was ripped of and will be going to a different dealership for now on. Thanks, Unhappy Customer

Tim, the service advisor, was very kind and welcoming when I brought my car in for service yesterday. Sometimes these appointments can be intimidating for a young woman, and I felt very understood there. Zach, the technician, even offered to let me drive with him in my vehicle to help further understand the issue I was dealing with. I chose on my own to wait for the service to be completed, which was around the 2.5-3 hour mark, so it would have been nice if the waiting lobby had coffee or snacks for waiting customers.

I’ve been a customer with Gjovik Chevrolet Buick for 40 years, I didn’t buy my last few vehicles because they couldn’t sell at the price that other dealers could sell at. Juan worked to give us the best deal and make us feel like we were a part of the Gjovik community again.

Took my car in for an oil change and the plug ended up getting stripped so they had to replace the whole oil pan. Then the blond girl that worked there told me they just gave the last rental out and they couldn’t fix it until the next day. I asked what I was suppose to do without any car since I had to work and she responded with that she was sorry but it wasn’t her problem. Then I asked how it wasn’t her problem when they stripped it and now Im out a car. She said it must of been done with a prior oil change. Then I told her my car is brand new and this was only the second oil change and their service department has done both. She then told me it must of been a manufacturing issue cause it was already stripped and they didn’t do it. Then I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out how I was even going to get to and from work and finally came back in and asked to speak to a manager. She walked inside and not even 30 seconds later comes back out and says “okay they will get you something off the lot”. Then the guy that gave me the rental assure that my car would be taken care of 1st thing in the morning. My car wasn’t done until about 4pm. Bottom line is I understand things happen but then having terrible customer service and a “not my problem” attitude after your department messed up is mind boggling to me. I’ll never be back for even a simple oil change with how they handled the situation. I won’t chance not rental or vehicle after a simple oil change.

Absolute worst service station - schedule a basic oil change a week in advance because they have no mechanics. Went in today and the guy says his tech didn't come to work and they have 10 appointments for the day... ten oil changes in a day that's it?!

Usually good results when buying a vehicle here. Needs to be more attentive after and during the sale process.

Its was just great, Scott and Tony are the best, they helped me get the financing for new truck, and made truck purchase experience on totally new level, in the past, I had to spend all day to buy a new vehicle, with them it took only about one hour. Great team of professionals! Thank You Guys!

My old car, a 1999 Buick Century, started overheating and basically breaking down as I was on my way to the dealership to see what they had. My mechanic had been telling me for a while that I was going to need a different car as the underbody and fuel lines were getting so rusted he had no way of doing repairs on it anymore. I was able to leave with a new car in a few hours time. I like the car but not happy that the manual doesn't do a good job on explaining how to use the trip odometer. This is a feature I will be using a lot. The manual tells what it is, which I already know. How to use it is the question. I will have to go back to the dealership and hope someone can show me how it works.

Bought truck there and was told I had 7 year warranty. Took it in was told I don’t even have it. Asked what would the total be for my truck to get seen to see what is needed to be fixed I was told $150 over the phone. When I went to pick up my truck I ended up having to pay $400 when yet I was told it would be $150. Will never again take my truck in.

Friendly staff, Chris Griffing has been w/Gjovik for some time now… Offered water during my purchase experience, I’m lucky to have the dealership close to my residence… Keep up the friendly service. As a consumer, speaking for myself. All we want is what we pay for- with a pleasant experience.

Chris was fantastic to work with. As a first time new car buyer, he never rushed me. He listened to what I wanted, reached out when he found something within my budget, and never tried to pressure me into something. 10/10 for Chris!

Horrible customer service within their service department.Horrific experience dealing with the ppl who work there. Purchased a brand new 2023 truck from this dealership and turns out the volume button from the steering wheel did not work. Called in, talked to Justin who was the person who help us get the truck and arrange service for the truck ASAP. Everything seemed to be handled smoothly and professionally, they were really "concerned" about this issue and wanted to fix it ASAP. Took truck in for service and I was told the WHOLE PANEL had to be replaced, they "took care" of this and everything should work correctly. Volume buttons worked good for 2-3 days and then started to have the same problem. Called Justin to notify him and said his Service manager will get in touch with me to schedule an appointment ASAP. Waited 2 days and NEVER got a call. I called Justin back and notified me they were really short staffed and were sorry they couldn't get to me but that someone would get in touch with me at that exact moment. I tried to understand the scenario and did not get upset since they were being honest but one more time NO ONE got in touch with me! tried calling Justin several times and never picked up my phone call! Didn't even bother to return my call.I decided to service my truck elsewhere and stopped working with this ppl who were just making up excuses.Turns out the new dealership who services my truck confirmed the panel was NEVER replaced and the volume covers had been previously damaged (tabs were broken) Not only did they not service my truck but also lied about replacing part that was NEVER replaced. They are a JOKE!

This vehicle was purchased brand new from them back in august of 2018 with 53 miles on it at the time of purchase. The selective shifter issue is the biggest issue I have here. If I could rate 0 I would. Gjovik Chevy Buick GMC is nothing but a scam. They lie about codes over the phone telling you “yeah order this part and it’ll fix your code”. I bought the part and replaced it, code still persists. They told me it was the battery monitor module which I did replace. I brought it in for service and they tell me it’s the bumper shutter for the radiator that lost communication and that it wasn’t the battery monitor module. I waited 4 months to get that part they told me to over the phone which was the battery module and almost 110 dollars later for that part. And they tell me that the selective shift switch on the shifter doesn’t work and I told them it didn’t work since the vehicle was purchased and they’re like “well why didn’t you bring it in under warranty the vehicle now has 77k miles and you’re now figuring out it doesn’t work? You’re gonna have to pay to have it fixed.” I told them we knew about it 500 miles into owning the vehicle but we didn’t think it would have been an issue since we don’t use selective shifting. And the mechanic told me “I’ll have to completely remove the center console to confirm if it is infact that” nah I’m not paying an additional hours worth of work to figure out if it may or may not be that issue. To all my friends and family, steer 100% clear of gjoviks if you have plans to do business with them as they have no clue what they’re talking about. As well as the service writers are rude about customer service. definitely won’t be returning. And I will in-fact be contacting GM pertaining to this matter.

I loved every experience from the last 10 years of dealing with this dealer and i bought my car here .. they usually do amazing service on my car. Yesterday I went to get a check engine light codes pulled and asked the service writer to look over my car as well as check for a leak I had by the passenger window. They pulled the codes and told me the exact same thing that auto zone told me and then told me I had leaks of antifreeze and oil. They gave me zero paperwork on what I needed and told me it would be better to go to another shop since it's so expensive at the dealer. Zero help on where to go and my car Is no where closer to getting fixed. Biggest waste of time .. they did not tell me any information on my car to help me fix it besides the information I already received. I got charged 165 for a diagnosis. I want to know when my car was pulled In the service writer told me what auto zone said right away .. so what else did they do for an hour and a half?
