Had to get a last minute tire patch for a leak we found right before a road trip… guy at the desk (wish I could remember his name, was working evening of 7/31) was very friendly and accommodating and was able to squeeze the service in. The technician was very fast and did a great job. Will definitely be coming back here for future service

I used this place regularly for 2 years until recently. I had a tire that needed to be patched. Told them it was the front driver side, and it had a nail in it. When they were finished, they told me it was the rear tire, not the front.
I was very confused and asked if he was sure he said yes. The next morning, I get into my care, and the front tire is low. I check and what do you know? The nail IS there.
I don't know how you could make a mistake like that. It was in plain site. Also, my front brakes were showing ware, but they completely missed it.
How does this happen? Lazy employees, and lazy management.

My husband took my car to have an oil change and tire rotation. He marked the front tire before taking my car in (to make sure they did rotate them) He pays for BOTH services and gets outside to realize the tire were NOT rotated. Went back inside and asked why they were not done. Guy behind the desk goes to the shop and asked the tech and he said they all had the same tread depth and did not need to be. My husband explained that he marked the tire, and asked for a refund. Was told he could not get refunded because the sale was completed but said they would credit for my next service. If I did not have a credit i would not be returning there. Unacceptable

Great experience. Customer service was amazing. I applaud this location. They were backed up and running a little late, but that didn't stop them from giving amazing and professional work. Will be using this location as my "Go-to" oil change place.

Literally useless, they let me drive all the way out there on a Saturday with a tire that was nearly flat only to tell me that they cant fix it. Like they saw I made an appointment but just didn't think to call or let me know they couldn't help me??? Literally the most useless place on earth

Great experience, no pressure. They tell you what you need and what you can expect to need soon. I'd trust sending someone here that knew nothing about cars.
