    Rooms are very simple and outdated. Not much around but standard fast food some restaurants. Some slight issues but the staff tries their best to be very accommodating.

    Content: I had a delightful stay at The Montcler Hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The cozy atmosphere and excellent service truly define this 3-star hotel.

    Food molded. Cereal stale. Milk expired. Cream cheese on counter not fridge. Fake nails by pool. Pool not cleaned up. Couldn’t play outside as everything is overgrown. Staff is rude minus manager. They didn’t care what we told them about the issues. No phone service and no Wi-Fi that worked. The beds were not queen... read full comment
