Pharmacists desperately need customer service training.

As a provider, I rarely leave reviews—but this experience deserves one. I had to call three separate times to get a straightforward prescription order completed.
Call #1: I’m reviewing the three prescriptions I sent in, and at exactly 11:58 AM, the pharmacist interrupts me mid-sentence to say she’s going on break, then puts me on hold instead of finishing the call. Completely unprofessional.
Call #2: I get a different pharmacist who seems to process all three scripts. I think it's resolved.
But then—Call #3: My patient contacts me saying only two of the prescriptions were on file. I have to call AGAIN to fix what should have been done the first time. Completely unacceptable.
The only reason this even gets any stars is because of Christopher, the pharmacist who handled things correctly and professionally. He gets 5 stars on his own for getting it done and actually caring.
The patient was ready to drive 50 miles to another pharmacy out of sheer frustration. That’s insane. This level of disorganization affects patient care. Get your workflow in order—or don’t be open.

Pharmacy is awful. Takes forever to fill meds, systems have crashed or not worked properly many times. Say they will take care of something not to follow thru 80 percent of the time. Do not send refill or prior auth requests properly to dr so you have to make sure your your dr office is aware yourself of what is going on. Long lines. They just hired a bunch of newbies to try to fix that and now errors increase and time as well. Called today bc I took my script out of the bag and half the pills were missing. They said they would check cameras. When I called back later to check bc they never contacted me back. They said all pills were in the bottle. It wasn't a bottle. I told her it was a box. She said all were in the box. I again said it was two seperate boxes. And each should of had 6 pills making 12. But one of the boxes had been missing 6. She said the cameras showed I recieved my pills. Funny bc you didn't even know what they were actually in till I said something about it. So you obviously either didn't check the video or don't care. But I'm missing half the meds, think it's time to let my insurance know since they paid for 12 and I only got 6.

I am going to have to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else, as the current turnaround from when they're called in by the doctor to when they're ready is about 3 or 4 days. I get 30 days at a time of medication, not 33 or 34, and this is incredibly & consistently problematic.

Pharmacy is useless in helping when they run out of medication. They told us to wait a few days to get meds back in stock that were badly needed instead of trying to find alternative pharmacies nearby.

They are so reliably inept it's comical. Every single time I have a prescription sent here it's always either marked as the wrong thing, or delayed, or their records mismatch with the website, and a few times ive even been given incomplete orders. Then they mark it as complete which screws everything up. Complete joke, i should be the one getting paid for the stress their ineptitude has caused me.

Tonight there was a very long line at the pharmacy drive-through due to a woman having a lot of questions about her insurance coverage and her medication. The pharmacy staff member was extremely patient, kind and provided her excellent customer service. He went above and beyond to try to answer her questions while remaining extremely professional. Even though I had to wait, I was extremely impressed with the amount of care that he provided her, while also remaining very calm.
