I have been having financial hardships since January of 2023.Talked to *****, about cancelling the contract. He helped me by skipping this months payment and lowering our monthly payment. Just in case anything else breaks down which seems to be happening since the beginning of this year. Thank you ***** for all your help. Thank you protection Direct too.

This company mailed a threatening letter to my 88 year old mother demanding that she call immediately with her car VIN and mileage. The letter states that if she NEGLECTS to do this, she will be at risk of being financially liable for any and all repairs.MY MOTHER DOES NOT OWN A CAR. SHE has become BLIND from macular degeneration AND she has Alzheimer's.I have NO TOLERANCE for these types of scare tactics used on anyone, especially Seniors. The company name is in the footer of the letter in 3 point type.I am going to make some calls tomorrow to find out what type of consumer protection agency I need to report this company to. My central heat and air went out in January 2023, I called Service Protection Direct and was told that I would be getting a call from one of the people they use to service central heat and air units and I would be paying that person the $100.00 deductible. I received a call from Justin with Conrad Mechanical, he was very polite and described exactly what was wrong with our unit. He stated he had to order the parts and as soon as they came in he would be back to fix our unit. Two days later Justin called and scheduled an appointment to come out and finish fixing the central heat and air unit. I feel that Service Protection Direct and Justin, from Conrad Mechanical Both did exactly What they said they would do. It was a very smooth process and I am very happy with Service Protection Direct. I thank god, because if we did not have this service it would have cost us $1500.00 to get our unit fixed. Insted it only costed us $100.00.

This company is amazing. Claim process was super easy when i needed home repairs. The repairman was very happy with how fast and quick the claim was processed. I give them 5 stars

Do not use Protection Direct. They did not fulfill their obligations. They will, however, take your premium automatically. All denied claims are final. The amount that you pay in premiums will likely be more than the cost of the repair. If you don't believe me, try them. If you have money to burn.

Report this company to the FTC and your city's Division of Consumer Affairs. Also, look at the bottom of the letter and you will see their address. I wrote all over of the letter in red sharpie to remove me from their database and the databases of their affiliates. I also let them know that I reported them. Then I mailed the letter back to them. Everyone, please do this. Report them and send their letters back to them. Let them feel how it is to be harassed.

They sent a letter which suggested they are with my mortage provider. The rate is ridiculously expensive. I called to cancel and I was greeted with the rudest agent possible. Scott has no sense of customer service. He basically grilled me for cancelling my plan. NEVER use this company!

Warning!! Do not under any circumstances do business with this company! I spoke with and agent named Scott who was very unprofessional, Rude, and sarcastic when I tried to cancel my policy d/t a death of my spouse. They do not care they just want your money! If I could give no stars I would.

Just spoke with a customer rep named Laura. Asked for the notices we receive yearly be removed. Her response, “well, what are you going to do if something goes wrong?” (With attitude) and proceeded to hang up on me. ?♀️?Thank you Laura, you are a true gem for this business.

Very misleading direct letters to home owners referencing the name of the mortgage lender and making it sound like this is a warranty that your lender requires. Very shady. This would be a scary letter if received by someone who doesn’t understand the requirements of their mortgage company.

These people have been sending me letters for years! I don't even own a car! They print a customer id and threaten if I don't respond within 5 days, i will lose my eligibility. A total scam. Signed by Program Coordinator, Kevin Damian and a phone number. I don't want to call them to demand they remove me from their mailing list but with scams these days, that may be the dangerous thing to do. How do we get them to stop????

I'm 85 years old and do not drive and don't own a car. I have ask to stop mailing me the Motor Vehicle Service Notification card for the last 5 years. I'm still receiving 4 to 8 cards per year. Their captcha on the website does not work so I can't email them and phone calls do no good. This is a terrible way to run a company.
