Ordered. Food was ok.Had no lids for xl soda. Was told no lids....sorry. Also was not offered receipt, per Love's, owe me $1.00. Was told policy does not apply even though it's on the register. Screw this Subway.Dietary restrictions: Allergic to onions.

Asked Aveon if the cookies were fresh, he lied and said yes, got down the road and all my cookies stale. As a Trucker I won’t be coming back.

I order with bread with the steak iam Muslim I explain with one subway employee and I say change the Clovis wash your hands and please do not touch any Sausage he is giving him another employee you don’t tell him anything I’m also she don’t change Clovis and she my grab it orders i’m a say a guy why don’t you tell her I explain to you already and he trash it for the food and he said we don’t buy any more for the food worst employee forever especially Muslim people be careful

One of the workers walks out of the restroom stall without washing hands, then another one kills a fly in the tuna fish bin and continues serving food. Canceled order and settled for a bag of potato chips…filthiest subway I’ve ever stopped at, eat at your own risk

Kris was very rude. When asked what originally comes on a sandwich with an attitude says whatever you want, before I could answer she rushed me to get whatever was on my other sandwich. I work with customers all day no matter how bad my day is going I would never take it out on the customer. Very dissatisfied.

I went to the Subway 2005 Mousette Ln, Sauget, IL 62206, Wednesday, August 4th 2021, at 5:45 after work, and ordered a meatball marinara sandwich on a spinach wrap. I always get this sandwich or most of the time I get this or a Philly. I started to notice that in this particular subway shortens the portions of meat on the sandwich wrap. Ive been coming to this Subway for weeks and started noticing the shortage so today the customer in front of me just happened to be getting a meatball 12 inch sandwich, so I proceeded to ask if the wrap meatball sandwich and the footlong meatball sandwich were the same price. The manager (a black guy) said the footlong '12 was $7.79 and the wrap was $7.69. So this Subway has been cheating me for weeks out of at least a $1 a week. I've been coming here for at least February. THATS 6 MONTHS. About $24 at least. Sometimes I come twice a week. When I asked about the difference the manager didn't offer to correct or solve the problem. He said, "I don't make the prices sir"! I said, "keep the sandwich. I don't want it". And I walked out. A blind man can clearly see I've been cheated for weeks. Took a while for me to notice but now I would, because of the way in which I was cheated I would like a $25 credit or refund. I still love Subway but I will never go back to this particular Subway and I will be submitting a public complaint of my experience at this store

Prices are higher here than any other subway ive visited. They do not followthe promotional ads running on TV. Save you money visit the one on camp jackson just a mile down 255.
