“Dollar Tree was a better experience this time. The line was getting long and there were seniors in the line. A second line was opened to move the seniors. That was the most thoughtful thing I've ever seen a Dollar Tree employee do. This is normally a semi-busy location.”

“I like going to this Dollar General when I don't want to shop at the grocery store. This DG has everything, canned goods, soda, cleaning products, OTC medications, make-up, everything. Very convenient and the employees are always helpful and courteous. I know they work very hard there.”
“Actually, this is one of my favorite dollar trees to go to the Customer Service or I should say the cashiers are very nice. They always reach you with a smile no matter how many people in the store. They keep calm and they treat you nice. The only thing that threw me off this time is this location was they really didn’t have a lot of things to pick from it like they didn’t do stock And I’m not sure why it was like that, but I typically get other things that I could use and stay at to substitute the things that I need it. I wanna thank them for always being nice. Customer Service goes along our way especially at a busy store. I’ll give them two thumbs up.”

“One of my local go-to places in the area. Lines often get a lil long for the amount of staff working, but the manager is pretty good at handling that. I also like how the manager seems mean to most people, but she's just really no-nonsense, with staff AND customers. “I don't know if I dealt with one of the store's manager today just now, or not, but I have to say that this was the most pleasant experience I've had at a Dollar tree in a long time. They had everything I was looking for, as well as obviously being cheaper than the surrounding competition.. They also made it a point to make me comfortable enough to ask questions in regards to location and price for each and every item I needed. They didn't bother me, but they also didn't push me away when I really needed to know certain things.
Yeah.....it's a dollar store. I might not get the greatest quality in regards to the items I purchase. However, it also isn't garbage I'm purchasing, either. They (those working at the Dyer location, that is) make darn sure that each and every customer has been attended to. And I am NOT just saying that. I know service jobs are really stressful, and it is VERY damn hard to keep your composure at times. But they make it look damn easy, especially when you really do get some knucklehead customers that are never satisfied with anything. It's hard, and you can't please everybody...a d yet they attempt to, regardless.
EVERY SINGLE PERSON THERE DESERVES A RAISE IN PAY. I'M NOT SAYING THIS JUST TO MAKE THE PEOPLE THAT WAITED ON ME FEEL BETTER. I'M SAYING THIS BECAUSE I FELT COMFORTABLE IN THAT STORE AND NOT EMBARRASSED.
Bottom line is.....the Dyer store is doing a damn good job in making me feel comfortable where I happened to shop for groceries and personal items.
I MOST DEFINITELY plan on coming back in the near future.....which is more than likely going to be tomorrow afternoon. The manager they have now, as well as the employees, must really enjoy whomever they work for. They do a damn good job in regards to HOW things are done.
And I know by now I must sound like a broken record, but they also do a damn good job as to WHY certain things get done as well. The service/retail industry is a rough one, to say the least. But whomever runs this specific local knows what they are doing at least. I hope it remains this way, to be honest.
I plan on seeing everyone again today, simply because my mom most definitely forgot what else she needed at the store, hahahaha!

“Each dollar tree is different as far as geologically. Once u get out of the more ethnic areas the variety of things you can find is amazing! Sad to say but the hood Dollar tree is a 5 go to the white neighborhood and u definitely have an upgraded experience. Sorry to say but it's the truth. “The store is well stocked. The staff is friendly. I found a cleaner than most. The only downside is the parking, that whole strip mall has become very crowded and parking has become more difficult.”

“This place first time going in here, also made it a second time. I gotta say the young lady at the register is amazing every time I go in she’s pleasant the rest talks amongst each other almost as if your not there in they paychecks automatically appear in there pockets with out customers, anyways I wish I got her name, but I will the next time cause I really appreciate her being a nice soul. I was disappointed during a recent visit. it was cluttered. shelves were disorganized as well as refrigerated section. No shopping carts to shop with and store wasn't even full. no bags at self checkout. Poorly run. Landscaping looking beautiful though”
“Yes Dollar tree carrying name brand items and name brand grocery. Yes there are items over a $1.25., but real shoppers know bargains when they see them. They are carrying name brand candles, name brand Ice cream and other name brand items, in which is sold at low price.”
“When your money low. Shop for just about anything you need plus food. And good for getting items to keep your body clean. Shampoo for hair and nice body wash just cost a 1,25 to be fresh. “I know you can do better. The district Manager of this location should be ashamed, to say the least. I got sick to my stomach but I was determined to walk through the entire store isle by isle to witness just how bad it was. There were two associates visible who were not at all concerned with the condition of the store and because they stood at the front of the store talking and laughing like there was nothing to do. Even when I let out a very scary scream, neither one of the associates came to check on my safety another customer ran over only to find out that i saw a huge bug jumping around. I absolutely had to take a few photos because my words are just not enough. I am still in an attempt to speak personally from their Corporate Office but so far all of my attempts have been unsuccessful. I will continue my attempts to speak to someone who will be concerned enough about the photos and will look to hold someone accountable for this mess of a store. By the way, I did make a purchase just to verify my visit on 8/24/20225-Stats for the worst store in history.Note: I absolutely love shopping at "Family Dollar" it truly saddens me that this is the location I now live closer to”
