“I experience the best service at first years university they really take care of my children. they are very wonderful people !! I love the teachers and staff members Ms Wendy is awesome! she helps me every morning and she is very energetic !! “My son attended Bright Start from the time he was 1.5 to the time he was 5 & graduated the program. His favorite parts were the food & the friends. My favorite parts were the academics, fun activities he got to do including holiday parties, the Bible stories and verses they taught him in the Crayola classroom, and the peace of mind I felt dropping him off everyday. From Circle Time to crafts and walks and playing at the park to learning his ABCs, numbers, emotions, seasons, days of the week, and eventually even sight words, he learned and grew so much here. Their Winter and Summer programs were always a treat to attend as well, watching the kids show pride in their performances. This is a warm, nurturing, safe environment for young children that certainly does give them a “bright” “start”. They don’t just entertain your kids, they really focus on teaching, in an age appropriate way according to state standards. We loved our Bright Start experience and would recommend it to others.”

time he spent at NDLA1 is truly unforgettable.
From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed with warm smiles and heartfelt Good mornings ,Holas and Have a good day . The care and attention my son received was beyond incredible. We especially loved the fun family projects we got to do every month and all the creative activities.
Leaving was an emotional and tearful goodbye, but knowing how well he was taught and trained at NDLA1 made it a little easier. The teaching and learning he experienced with them has truly set him up for success in this next phase. Thank you for everything. “I have had my daughter here since she was born in 2020, and now my son, born in 2021, also attends. It’s a great place that has only improved since we’ve attended.Staff is attentive, not on their phones; the students have a gym to run around in and also go outdoors during warmer weather. To me, physical activity and changing spaces during the day is so important. They have been flexible with our family, and helped potty train my daughter.They are very transparent with families- I can look into all the classrooms through windows and windowed-doors. When my son attended another day care, I could not pick him up at his classroom door, and so could not see the classroom activities or state as frequently. For me, the level of access parents have to classrooms is really important.Love Cline!”
“My child started AFC at 8 months and I was initially so anxious about separating from him. The director and staff were so wonderful. They treated him like he was their own. They called or texted me with any concern and honestly, I couldn't have imagined better people to care for my child. Whenever my child was sick, Ms. James makes time to check on him. I am very grateful for such caring and loving community they have created at this center.”

“I am forever grateful for my family’s time at Cherie’s Garden. We started here after a move to the area (at the time our son was 2 & daughter was 2 months). The team at Cherie’s helped with the transition of a scared 2 year old starting something new with grace & compassion. Also, helped ease the anxiety of this mom starting something new with a 2 month old because of the love & care they showed to both of my kids. I cannot express enough how much the teachers & directors have meant to my husband, kids and I. They have truly have felt like family. I 10/10 recommend sending your kids to Cherie’s Garden.”

“Placing my baby girl Lani in kindercare has been the best the best decision for me and my family. My daughter has shown confidence, independence and she is so happy here. At first she was scared and so was I. However, over the last few weeks she has made a huge change for the better. She has grown so close to her teacher Ms.Neriada. My daughter runs and hugs her. She love her teachers and she has real friends. She feels safe, supported and most importantly she feels loved. They even send me pictures of her through the app several times a day so I don't miss anything. When I bring her to school I know that she is safe and I TRUST them. We love it here. THANK YOU.”

The staff is wonderful and always keep me up to date on things and any concerns they may have regarding my children. If I have any questions or issues they are always open to listen and respond. “I absolutely love this daycare. My daughter started when she was one and now she’s six. My son started before he turned one and now he’s two. Only daycare I truly trust in the south suburbs. I truly feel like the workers here are apart of my extended family they take care of both my children and I don’t have to worry! The summer camp is also excellent: so many activities planned everyday and fields trips for the kids 3 days a week.”

“Honestly, this is a lovely Daycare! When I walked in first thing I noticed was how pristine and clean. I just moved to the area, and looked at a few centers and this one felt the most like home. I felt like I had my aunts and elder sisters around. My son A’yden has been home essentially seance Covid and he recently attended a school but we had to relocate. My son never used to tell me, I love my teachers. ❤️This is reassuring to hear, especially when leaving your child with those other than yourself. I was disappointed when they said they only accept 15 month olds. I am pregnant now and would love to have my infant enrolled with her bother. But that is seemingly the only downside. But we love the ladies either way!”
