“Our car broke down around 5pm on Friday in Highland. Called a few towing places- they either didn’t have a truck available or didn’t answer the phone. Then got hold of Tim at Hansen’s Towing and he got out to us in good time, and got the car towed back to Schererville. Excellent service. Would highly recommend”

Even though I got voicemail and left message first try, Junior texted me while still on the phone helping another customer to let me know he'd call me back momentarily. He sure did and had a great personal touch of customer service ensuring me a driver was on the way as we spoke, to my vehicle. They were familiar with the tough location my car broker down along 294 and Halstead and had a fair price for getting my vehicle to the dealership in Highland. Didn't have to wait by the car and was able to make secure payment electronically. My car was to the dealer within 90 minutes of contact. Received confirmation my car made it safely from both the driver via phone call and Junior via text. Would highly recommend!”

“I came to Stanfa to have my breaks look at. I heard loud scrapping coming from my back breaks. When I arrived I interacted with Craig who was wonderful. After they checked my car I was told what the issues was and the best fix and solution. It was straight forward and honest. I of course went with their suggestion and the cost was very reasonable considering what all needed to be done to my rear brakes, drums, rotors. I was very happy with the service and the staff and will be going back for any future service.”

“My experience was not what I expected. I had took my car to another auto repair shop and my car was still not running properly. I decided to go here because of the reviews. I didn't want to spend money on a diagnostic after spending money at another shop. I called and explained my issue, and I was quoted another fee for checking my car, and decided to give them a visit. They checked my car and was told they see nothing wrong and didn't charge me the fee. I appreciated the honesty, because they could have charged me the fee, but they were honest and I appreciate that. I will recommend them because all auto shops are not honest. I will recommend them Because of their integrity and empathy. I am going to refer them to family and friends because of their honesty. They are the real deal, so if you want an honest opinion, I refer them.”

“This was excellent service! The gentleman that helped me was willing to drive 30min out of his way at 6am to pick me up and take me 40 mins to the suburbs for a very affordable price in cash. I called multiple towing company's and they forwarded my calls. I also called one that was going to charge me $300 because I was calling before 8am .
