AVOID THIS BANK!!!!WHAT IS GOING ON WITH THE A.T.M!!! The A.T.M stole my money! ? It said money retracted but nothing came out.The teller said it happened to someone else earlier that day (8/1/23). The employees at the bank didn't decide to call someone or check it out until it happened to me and I complained about it and called my card. They finally after 30 minutes decided to close that A.T.M lane. The bank employees were not nice and couldn't care less about the A.T.M stealing money.I am waiting for the investigation to get done so I can get my money, it may take a long time, it could've been avoided if the lane was closed off after the first person it happened to.

Not a good bank in general. The manager doesn’t have an indoor voice and walked around stating “pizza pizza” for reasons beyond my understanding.

I have tried SEVERAL TIMES to call Sauk Village location to make an appointment to open my 17 year old a student checking account.The excuse you get on the recording for no answer at this location is reduced hours or only drive thru might be happening at this location so to Covid-19 they use other term a knowledge are you SERIOUS.I would understand IF this were 2020 but it's NOT it is now 2023!!The branch is VERY MUCH open they just don't answer the phone Covid has NOTHING to do with conducting business professionally.

This is the closest branch to me (still 45 minutes away). They have always been extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I worked with Donna and she went above and beyond to help me. The entire office was very patient when I came in (with 4 kids). I appreciate their demeanor and would recommend US Bank to anyone - PS they need to open branches or at least ATM's in Indiana.

US Bank needs to give better training to their workers. The manager Larry Anderson does not give correct information. Terrible workers that don't have a clue what they are doing.

Horrible branch. Have no clue how they keep this place open. Came in the middle of the day, lobby completely locked up. No signs on the doors indicating why. I try to avoid this branch at all costs but unfortunately it's the closest one to me.

They have not been able to reach and they don’t answer their phone, they have just been very accessible during the pandemic. Very poor customer service.

03/30/2020 @ 4:51 pm I deposited 1,300.00 in cash. The ATM then showed an error. ONLY returning my debit card & keeping my cash.

I want to thank Donna and 2 other tellers who were working on the morning of Saturday March 7th. I came into the branch to exchange Euros to US dollars, which is not an easy task. Donna took her time with me and with the help of the other 2 tellers, was able to complete the process. I left this branch very happy with their customer service. Thank you!
