i walked in today about 940 pm to just use the bathroom. i get bathrooms are not going to spotless but when there is pubic hair all over the seats and the rim with the toilet seat up, that is just next level disgust. also i didn’t get any sort of acknowledgment what so ever when i walked in or out. not a “hi” or “ have a good day” nothing. i get nobody is perfect but the little things make a big difference in the atmosphere somewhere. there was also a mess everywhere i looked. the coffee machine, had a big pile of coffee at the bottom, and it looks like it’s been sitting as well. i get it if they were packed full of customers but one guy was standing around, and there wasn’t a lot of people in the building. i work at a Caseys myself and we always have someone cleaning something no matter the time of day. it just didn’t feel welcoming at all. i don’t mean to sound rude or how to run a job, but i just was not pleased with my experience.

I ordered a large Supreme pizza half with no mushroom due to an allergy. Get home find mushroom on all but 2 pieces. Called and told them. When I get there to pick up the new pizza the man wanted to argue with me about he knows he put them on half blah blah wanted to question my allergy etc . I paid for this pizza i wanted to sit home and eat it not drive back for another one. Had it been done correct the first time & had some acknowledgement of the mistake the ending would of been different. No one likes a cocky worker who can't take accountability.

I come in this place late at night all the time. There's a few older men that work there that always give me great service. However, there's a particular person who works at night on the register, most nights. He will be outside almost every time I come to the store and make me wait to check out while he finishes his conversation with the local visitors. He never asks me if I wanna use rewards, and doesn't give me a bag, or offer one, unless I ask for one. And he puts them all in the bag stuffed and smashed and ruins all my things. Being rude to me whenever I come in as well. It's been very unpleasant to visit, and it's very unfortunate. Casey's is the only late night food place in town, so I have no choice but to order something if I'm hungry, or to just not eat. To the two older gentlemen who make my pizzas fantastic, thank you for your service.
This guy who works at night just is insanely rude, lazy, untrustworthy, and very slow on the job. When he's outside while customers are roaming around the store it creates an environment prone to theft, and risks even his own safety. You get paid to work at the register, not to hang out outside with your local friends while I'm waiting to check out for 10+ minutes.
Whenever he makes pizzas, he takes them out early. My pizza is never fully cooked. It's a runny mess. As a pizza professional, myself, it runs a mockery of one of the easiest things to make on this planet. He never can fully understand how to build the pizza according to the modifications to the ticket. Like half and half pizzas, he doesn't follow them. This has happened on more than just numerous occasions. I'm sick of it and I want to enjoy my (not frickin cheap) pizza.

If I could give no stars I would. I went in to Casey’s to get energy drinks and gas on 10/11/23. I talk to all the employees and joke with them as I always have since I’m a regular customer. Today was a different story. Brandi Kerkove the store manger decides to threaten me while she’s working because the fact that her daughter nearly hit me as I was pulling into Casey’s two weeks ago. So I followed (not chased as she put it) her to the school and told her that she needed to be careful not to pull out when someone is pulling in. There was no threat as her daughter said as she cried wolf. I know exactly what I said. If her daughter did this to anyone else they probably would have jumped her like yelled at her. I never said I would jump her. Your daughter lied to you Brandi Kerkove. I was calm no threatening of any kind was ever said. I was not bragging about it either. Wonder what will happen if her daughter does hit someone? What she going to do blame the other person cause her daughter is in a hurry and just pulls out in front of other people.I will not be a customer as long as Brandi Kerkove is the manger and still working there I won’t be going back there. I’ll spend my money someplace else even if I have to drive a hour to get drinks or food. Casey’s needs to either demote her, transfer her, or fire her. The next threat I will get the cops involved!

Dont let your significant others work here. The manager seems so nice will acknowledge you and just about everyone with what she calls her ‘**** me’ eyes. She right away hired my boyfriend even did his alcohol test so he wouldn’t fail. While texting her employee about her slip’n’slide that would keep him up all night, the store had 1 employee because a manager wouldn’t show up for a no call. It’s crazy to think Casey’s would allow a manager like this to be hiring and in charge of an entire staff.

This Casey’s food is literally NEVER fresh. It’s a shame, they’re tarnishing the name Casey’s by never having fresh food . The staff is incredibly lazy, so I assume that’s why my sandwich meat was spoiled and my donuts have literally NEVER been fresh.
