Said they were turning our return over to one of their cpa. Said they had forwarded all scanned documents and correspondence to the CPA and they would contact us. It was never done. I heard from the CPA today and she was not forwarded any documents or correspondence and tells me, well "what do you want me to do about it? You just emailed and asked me for my phone number the other day" . And the email clearly shows I inquired about an extension Yes I asked for the phone number because I wanted to add it to my contact list. But now claims they haven't heard anything me other than an email asking for her phone number. Sorry but I have several emails that clearly proved differently Summarizing and sending all to corporate office. Horrible inexcusable service. Probably going to have a late filing fee because of them. The CPA said that their office manager told her I did not upload any files until the 15th. That's a lie! Emails prove I uploaded files on the 7th and then they wanted to see last year's return which was sent on the 12th. THEY LIE! That's what I got from H&R block! I'm not only sending this summary I am writing to their corporate office with the emails, where I'm sure absolutely nothing will happen, I'm also sending it to the FTC.

Patty is the absolute best! We're do glad we found her all that time ago. She is a wealth of information and we learn so much with each appointment. Even when we moved hours away, we will not go to anyone else.

Tax preparer was great in preparing our taxes. No transparancy in the cost, asked how much our taxes would be before leaving was told how ever long it takes to finish..An Amendment to back taxes 2 simple tax prep for back year and current. Over 600 dollars.Ask for a summary of charges and was told no by the owner. Was afraid id show them to their competitors???? Wont be going back there.
