Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. My bathroom renovation from hell landed me here for a month. (I only live five minutes away.)
They extended my stay and even put my parents up under short notice.
I super appreciate their generosity and hospitality.
The outdoor pool is lovely.
The kind staff turned a nightmare situation into a tolerable one for me.

I'm incredibly disappointed with the breakfast at this hotel. As someone with dietary restrictions, I found the gluten-free options to be virtually nonexistent. It felt like an afterthought, with almost nothing available for guests who can't eat gluten. To make matters worse, the only source of protein was hard-boiled eggs, which were gone before I even had a chance to get one. A decent breakfast should offer a variety of protein sources to keep guests satisfied and energized. To add, who ends their breakfast at 9am? Not to mention but the rooms don’t go above 67 degrees, and there’s no soap…. That’s ridiculous!!! We waited at the front desk for close to 10 minutes for someone to come and help us…..

We stayed there after they just had water pipes burst in the restaurant.
Although we couldn't use the restaurant, we had plenty of other options in the immediate area. Rooms were nice and comfy and staff was very helpful and very nice.

It was very nice clean plenty of space in the rooms they were working hard to get the pool outside set up for summer I could not believe the work that it takes to resurface a pool every year but they were the pool is gonna be amazing and the indoor pool is beautiful ❤️

Booked a room and received “Hotel” confirmation- and find out it is a motel room. Incredibly misleading and poor hospitality. The amenities advertised are not available equally to the guests staying at the motel. Full disclosure of these details needs to happen at the time of booking. The misrepresentation and misleading information feels extremely dirty. They are well aware of the quality differences and lock you in without your knowledge and do not offer any understanding or solutions when issue is addressed.
It is not a matter of hotel vs motel ( although it could be and that shouldn’t be a problem because that is personal preference) it is about misleading, misrepresenting and then poor hospitality when addressed.
Advertisement is for the HOTEL structure with the HOTELS amenities listed, pictured and shared reviews- the motel is assigned unknowingly in a back door fashion with no amenities listed and at the same price.

Great remodeled rooms and a very good Continental Breakfast. The breakfast was on par with higher star hotel chains. The only downside was the location as it is close to highway and train tracks.

Clean 3 star motel. My 2 Queen room had interior access. Overall, my stay was pleasantly nice. No complaints.

The Best Western Savoy has been our go-to for almost 10 years now whenever we are in town for university events. The newly remodeled rooms are very nice, spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast is actually much better than most continental breakfast service we've experienced and the staff are always accommodating if we arrive sooner than expected and need an earlier check in. The only negative would be the train noise at night but that of course is of no fault to the hotel.

Best Western has made some nice improvements to this hotel. Good location very clean. Friendly and attentive staff. Pool and workout area. Good value.

Bad phone service in the area and wifi doesn't even cover half the property. If your near the office you can pick it up but if your further away, good luck. Such a bummer without internet in 2024.. kinda makes you wonder who runs this place and why they can't umm spend money on decent wifi. Or maybe repeaters if they understand what I mean lol. Rooms are kinda on the low end of Quality.. only exception is the bed is decent and comfortable and the bathroom looks OK. Still huge bummer about the wifi.. that instantly makes me wanna go somewhere else.
