“I can't say enough good things! The service is consistently outstanding, and I always leave with my car looking brand new. One of the standout features for me is the car never leaves the wash soaked and the soft drying towels they provide really help to wipe away any remaining water droplets and prevent those annoying water spots. Plus, the vacuums are top-notch! They actually work, unlike some other places where you leave with crumbs still stuck in the crevices. Every time I go to Smitty’s, my car feels like it’s just rolled off the showroom floor. Highly recommend!”

“Meticulous in their job. Cleaned car well and also they have underbody wash machine. Car was spotless, all glasses super clean and they gave a small perfume hanger compliment also. Car came out nice and smelling good. Rates are Reasonable and most important for open on Sundays. Recommended”

Edit: I accidentally ended up at this car wash again several months later after searching for the nearest one without realizing it was the same place. Since I was already there, I decided to give it another try, and I’m glad I did.
This time, several staff members were helping at the payment kiosk, and they were all very polite and respectful. Inside the wash, the workers’ attitudes were also much better than before. On my previous visit, they had been yelling at me to switch to neutral, but it was impossible to hear anything over the noise of the wash, plus, most other car washes in town let you stay in park or slowly drive through.
This time, they simply pointed to the English instructions on the wall, which made everything clear and easy to follow. The experience overall was much more positive, and my car came out noticeably cleaner.
I’ve changed my rating from 1 star to 5 stars. I’d recommend that management continue to have staff point out the instructions to customers, as it makes a big difference for communication inside the noisy wash area.”
“Very happy with the service here! Got my interior detailed after getting the car from a family member who did not treat it kindly. He was very thorough and the car smells and looks as close to new as it could have gotten. Reasonable prices, quick service, and I had my car back by 1pm. Definitely recommend.”

“Decent price, the interior work is quite nice, but I think where this shop really shines is in its exterior work. My paint looks like it’s never stepped off the dealership lot, even managing to get a lot of some of the deeper scratches out/ nearly invisible from my Wyoming off-roading days. Looks absolutely stunning. He’s extremely nice as well and I felt my vehicle was well cared for. 10/10 would recommendService: Auto detailing”
“Ok, guys, this automatic car wash is very close to my work so I decided to try. There are $7,$11,$14 and $16 options, I chose the cheapest one. Budget wash. After signal "enter the bay" I drove into it and ... nothing happened. The machine didn't react on my car. Robowash doesn't communicate to you really, you basically don't understand what to do and just try to follow "stop" and "drive" signals but it is not very helpful. I requested a human assistance and gas station lady helped me to trigger the whole process. Here is the thing: YOUR WHEEL MUST STAY EXACTLY AT THE METAL PLATE to initiate wash. 5 mins of washing show and you are ready to go. Overall my car wasn't quite clean (dust and bird marks) and wasn't quite dry. See the pictures. I give 4 stars , not 3, only because rainbow unicorn soap ?? got right to my heart and because, probably, I shouldn't have expected good results from the cheapest wash. Conclusion: 1)if you want well cleaned car do it by yourself , 2) don't expect too much from budget service. I will try $11 next time.”

“I’ve been a loyal customer to rainstorm since 2019. I came in today 11/7/25 and I can say today is the first day in over 3 years that people were standing at the terminal waving at me and greeting me. I had spoken to Dustin at the terminal and he helped me pick what wash I wanted and asked if I had wanted a membership. Im not in town very often as I live 40 minutes away but today was one of the best experiences I’ve had at rainstorm in a very long time. Looks like things are starting to look up from here. Thank you Dustin for taking time and being patient with me and helping an old man out.”

“The automatic wash does a much better job on my pickup truck than the fancier car washes. The "roller" type of drive-thru washes leave my back window and tailgate still dirty. The spray pressure at this location gets the entire truck clean!”
