RUN!!!!! This pharmacy needs to be shut down. FYI, they simply do not answer the phones by choice. I’ve gone in person countless times and there has rarely been more than 1-2 people waiting at the counter, yet 4-7 employees are always standing around chatting and acting inconvenienced that customers need help. Meanwhile the phone rings and rings. I’ve waited DAYS for prescriptions that have been in stock, just for them to decide to go ahead and fill it-despite numerous calls and visits. Disgusting and horrifying that any community members rely on these people for their health. I can’t believe it’s legal for a place like this to exist.

Came in to pick up a prescription for my mother that was called in at ten am. First time I stopped by was 1:30pm prescription wasn’t filled. No biggie. Came back at three and picked it up. 30 pills in the bottle instead of sixty. Mind you for this specific script the qty has to be circled and initialed so the number sixty was seen countless times. They offered for the thirty to be accepted and the other thirty just forgotten about to never be picked up. Requested an alignment fill and said that that wouldn’t be possible. Take the 30 now or wait until Monday they might have them then. They refused to partial fill and returned the medication that left the store and was opened and handled. The only thing that I will say about the pharmacy is the female pharmacist with glasses is very understanding. If any other pharmacist is there take your business elsewhere and for your own good check your medication, count it and probably check the imprint as well. Both of us will be switching pharmacies and hopefully come Monday she’s able to get the medication elsewhere what a nightmare.

**A Warning to Families: Choose Another Pharmacy!**
I wish I could give this place zero stars. My experience at this CVS was nothing short of appalling. The male pharmacist, Onye, not only threatened me in front of my children but, along with his colleagues, displayed bullying behavior that was both humiliating and utterly unprofessional. It felt hostile and completely unwarranted.
To add to the discomfort, the female staff members stood by without intervening. However, one did have the decency to apologize as I left, proving that they recognized the situation was wrong. No family deserves to be treated this way. I will never set foot in this CVS again, and I urge others to think twice before visiting. Your family's safety and comfort should come first!

If I could give a negative amount of stars I would!!! The customer service here is awful. Staff are rude, unhelpful, and act inconvenienced by basic questions. They (all 6 of them) stood around and talked and laughed about customers while I waited. The pharmacist then refused to fill my medication because he didn't agree with the dosage MY DOCTOR has had me on for over a year. The pharmacy is disorganized, prescriptions are often delayed, and communication is poor. Every visit is frustrating and causes more anxiety than the previous visit. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and encouraging everyone else to do the same. ***Pictures show that there were no other customers***

HORRIBLE service in photo department. my daughter ordered some prints online and paid for them. I went to pick them up with both her name and my name after she received an email saying they were ready. They couldn’t find them had to contact my daughter and get a email copy of her receipt before they could find them. She had already paid for them. They tried to charge me for them. I insisted they’ve been paid for and they’re like oh I see that now. However two weeks earlier my niece did the same thing and I foolishly paid for them. She told me she had paid for him, so I took my receipt in. They would not refund my money without the original envelope which was already given to my dying mother. The service sucks

This store is well stocked with items I need. It is always clean and organized. The staff is very welcoming and efficient.

The Savoy store is well stocked. Staff are friendly will gladly assist you with whatever you need. The facility is spotless and so are the grounds.

Came to this location due to my CVS not having the medication that I needed. The customer service here is fantastic. Much better than the CVS in Schnucks. I have transfered all of my prescriptions to this location.

People complain about the pharmacy too much. Sometimes they're backed up. Most time they are short staffed. Always pleasant staff though. Even the regular store employees as well as the managers. Life is too short to get mad at the staff. Well, maybe because I work in Healthcare, I know what it is like when customers/patients are demanding.

There are always 3 - 4 cars waiting on the drive through and it takes a lot of time to move from one car to the other. There are 2 windows but never open. How can you guys improve the process to make the line go to fast?
