“I have been to a ton of Dollar General stores all over the place and from the time you walk in and are greeted by the team until you leave, you are family. Everyone here is so happy and the store is very clean and neat. No product on the floors or and the aisles are easily accessible. This store has my title as THE BEST DOLLAR GENERAL in the state of Illinois by far.Great job everyone.”

“This is my favorite Dollar Tree to shop at. The workers are very helpful. Cashier Debra always has a cheerful attitude and is very knowledgeable of the products in the store. Even the men that stock the store are very helpful and friendly. The store is always clean and the Manages on all shifts are always helpful and available. I go there at least 3 times a week.”

“Pros: -outside of building finally being redone August 2024 when it’s been looking paint-chipped lol for years (see photo) -usually several available parking spaces -good prices and awesome products Cons: -high crime area; recommend to def lock ur door if u sit in this parking lot or lock it the moment u get back in ur car -you will likely get panhandled at this location, sometimes even within 10 seconds of pulling car into lot you may get approached so please watch your surroundings and I recommend backing into spot versus pulling in so that you don’t get trapped bc there are some aggressive people who come up to cars here -giant potholes in the parking lot when pulling in -sometimes food supply runs low at this store and this is in a real food desert so that can be problematic for the many shoppers who come on foot without access to much food”

“Convenient. Sort of a jumbled mess. Packed full with lots of things, having to search for what you need. However it is clean and convenient and I'm glad there is a food selection there.”

“This is such a clean and organized store, and the staff is friendly. However, be sure to check your receipts before you leave. I've had several occasions where sale prices did not ring up, and I've had to point out the discrepancies.”

“For Dollar General stores, this one is not too bad. It's in need of a good scrub and reorganization but that's pretty typical of most Dollar General stores. Toilet paper is usually in stock. The frozen food section has a nice variety. The staff are nice but they always seem overworked/understaffed.”

“Employees were great. Usually I don't give high rating to a dollar store. But when we had issue with a headphone we got from here they were more than willing to help us. I was also able to get some healthy snacks from here. Nice store”
