This animal hospital is the worst. Every time I would try to take my dog in, there would be issues. Such as lateness, exam room and waiting are not fully clean or sanitize(pre-pandering) , and rude and racist behavior from the staff. Additionally they self enrolled me in a treatment plan and when I called to get my money back the manger of 35 years (because she wanted that to be known so I will shared) was telling me I was trying to commit fraud. Sounds dumb right, all I wanted was my $43.99 because I stop visiting this particular animal hospital once I continuously experienced rude and racist behavior and they weren't even doing they job correctly. If you don't want to experience long wait times without justification, have your animal seen in non fully sanitize exam rooms and end up getting a disease from visit this animal hospital. As well as racism from the staff it would be wise to find another animal hospital.

Updated 6/2020 - Dr Goldish provided EXCEPTIONAL care for my ailing pet over the last few months. She was so patient with me and my many questions and helped me make some difficult decisions by providing me with various financial options, etc. I just moved to Texas and I sincerely wish I could take VCA Savoy with me!!

The anonymous reviewer is nuts. The VCA team in Champaign is AWESOME. For years they cared for our three dogs and I could not be more pleased! Dust, Spoerer, and Rhodes are caring, thoughtful, well-informed, and up-to-date on current research and its applications to real-life situations. One thing: Should the VCA team refer you to the Veterinary Teaching Hospital at the University of Illinois, ask for another referral. I support the vet teaching mission for obvious reasons, but I would never EVER again put my pet's life-threatening health matters in their hands.
