“Customer service in their office is exceptional, if you’re looking for State Farm use Marcy McAnally they are great! With a homeowners claim they did a great job with helping with communication with State Farm’s claim dept. When I needed to know where the check payment was, they did the follow up communication instead of me holding for an eternity with State Farm claims. Vianna Gordon was excellent at customer service and always responded promptly to my email communication.”
