the lady that did my nails was very quick and the man who did my pedicure was very relaxing and did a great job. They also got me an appointment the same day - they are friendly and very clean. the one thing is that i do find it a little more on the expensive side. Other than that it’s great! Thanks!

I had a great experience here! We went as a walk in and they got us right in. I don't get my nails done often, they were so understanding of our uncertainty 😅 the 2 that helped us were so nice. And my nails turned exactly how I wanted them! Definitely recommended this place!

Had to walk out after sitting in pedi chair for over 30 minutes before a rude staff member said anything. As soon a she opened her mouth with an attitude, we picked up and left.

ken always does a great job on my nails, but this last experience was disappointing (not with ken). we had an appointment at 2 and they didn’t even start our nails until after 3, letting all of the walk ins get serviced before us. my nails were also shaped poorly and the service was terrible.

First time here, and the staff is super kind and efficient! They made sure I was comfortable, going above and beyond while I got my gel manicure and pedicure done at the same time as I was fitting my service in between two appointments.
Price was reasonable! If you haven’t been here yet, take a chance! They are great!

I needed a fill and forgot to schedule at my regular salon the last time I was there. My coworker patrons this place so I decided to go tag along. We picked our colors and sat down. I was a bit indecisive on my choice but I found my go to color when I sat down so I immediately went and got the polish before the tech got started (it'sa Mood polish). My coworker got Dip powder, and the owner instructed them to have a seat and let the tech know the number the color was assigned. They did make accommodations for us. They sat us together so we could chat. When the tech started working with my coworker, they noticed the polish wasn't present. They inquired and my coworker gave them the color number as instructed by the owner. The tech explained that they didn't know which color as they base the selection on not only number but brand and next time bring the whole ring of swatches to the tech. My coworker let the them know they were only instructed to obtain color number and have a seat. Then the tech working on my nails decides to repeat the same "in the future" instructions to my coworker. Like we got it the first time and my coworker let my tech know that. The owner was super nice. We joked about how indecisive I was on choosing my color but that experience afterwards was off-putting. Oh! Like I said this is my go to color. Like I have this polish at home and usually bring it when I can't decide on what I want. My tech wanted to "warn" me that it is Clear and my fill line might show. I am not sure what they were talking about and still don't, but they felt the need to show me after the first coat? I think it was the overall delivery shown to my coworker that threw this whole experience off for me. They did time "stall" our visits just right. Much appreciated as we rode together. We both were finished at the same time. I'm sorry Xpression for cheating on you.

I'd say my experience was pretty average. The pedicure itself was decent. They have a crazy big menu of options. $33 for their basic one. They have a very expansive selection of OPI colors, which all looked new and beautiful. The salon was busy, and most people were sitting around waiting to get their services performed.
Cleanliness: The area where all the tools were sanitized was visible to customers, and it looked very clean and organized.
