A little disappointed with the conditions when I moved in—it wasn’t very clean, etc. However, the property responded quickly and seemed willing to fix the issues. I’d consider using this storage again later!

Barbie with Customer Service was so amazing! She was so helpful and patient, and she helped me make a booking when I struggled to do so on my own. We were on the phone for twenty minutes due to tech issues, but she was so sweet and kind the whole time, it didn’t feel long at all. I really appreciate her help and positive attitude.

Tried to reserve online but got an error message each time. I left a message, and someone called me back the next day. They said it must have been a glitch in the system. Was able to reserve online and get in right away. The unit was dusty and cobwebby but as advertised. There was a new padlock with three keys waiting for me inside when I opened the door—gave an extra star for that nice touch! The light did not turn on when I flipped the switch on. No office on-site, so I wonder if they will send a maintenance person to replace it. It’s very high up, so I would not be able to do it myself.

This was a fine place to park. It was a little difficult to pull my 35’ travel trailer into the lot and around the on site storage buildings.

We have rented storage space at Savoy Self Storage for more than 2 years and have had zero problems. We primarily use the space for seasonal decor. It’s so much easier to access vs climbing up a ladder to our home’s above garage rafter space. Safer too!

Some of the best prices in the area and they have a phone number you can call for customer service.
Some of the doors there need repair or replacement including some of the unit number stickers are peeling off, but overall it’s a great facility.

I used Savoy Storage for a few months They are great to work with they respond to e mail on that day or within 24 hours. I would recommend them.

We used the Savoy Storage for a very short time and was very pleased with the prompt communication, the size and price of the unit, the availability and the speediness to get into the unit the same day we called. It is in a great part of town and has multiple high-tech security cameras throughout the facility and the grounds are kept neat and clean. Highly recommend and would use it again in the future for any needs that arise!
