This is more about BMW versus the Serra BMW Champaign dealership.
I bought new brakes for all my wheels and they haven’t stopped squealing since installation. BMW has told me there isn’t anything they can do but that I could buy new brakes. Unacceptable response. This isn’t what I expect from owning a BMW. I own three BMWs and I questioning keeping them for the long term. Very disappointed.

I had tires replaced recently at this BMW for my X5. Everything went smooth and great including ordering new tires, installation, the whole process. Justin, the service supervisor, was very nice and explained everything. Shuttle service was great and will definitely keep going back for the future.

I recently had to total my BMW x3 and Matt in Service and Alberto in Sales went above and beyond to help me with any questions I had. Both gentlemen had great communication skills, were kind and helpful and even helped me navigate the insurance company process. Their texts and emails were clear and professional yet had a personal touch. I would recommend these two gentlemen to anyone looking to purchase a BMW or have their automobile serviced.
