It's Walmart. You know what you're gonna get when you walk through the door. Groceries are expensive, nobody can afford anything..
But it's not something that any of the people working can control. They're friendly, helpful, etc. No issues whatsoever.

Terrible location. Despite it saying on the website that the store cashes cashiers checks, the employees at the money center claim they do not. Please evaluate and train your employees in this department. If cashiers checks can’t be cashed, then don’t put it on your website.

I had the worst interaction with the store manager about a week and a half ago. I am a 5 foot tall woman I do spark for income spark requires that we provide our phones for checks when prompted never been a problem. And this specific day, the manager himself came up to me, demanding to see my phone, which is not required of me as a Spark Driver, because it was not prompted for a check. He then got very close to me, and in my personal space, and in my face and told me he doesn’t care how many times complaints are made. He will continue to do the same thing and the same. As it is his store. I am a survivor of Domestic abuse that almost took my life. This man is close to 6ft tall and thought it was ok to come into my space he accused me of stealing made me feel so unsafe I left in tears embarrassed and feeling defeated. I have reached out to corporate I am waiting for them to get back to me. This was the worst interaction I have ever had at a Walmart

I have found several instances of this Walmart lowering their prices on items that we regularly purchase for a month or so and then raising it back to their previous price and then raising it again in a couple of weeks to a new higher price. I hope this doesn't become a pattern. This soap was $2.97 forever and then all of a sudden went to $4.97. Ironically, after I mentioned it in a previous survey, it went back to it's previous $2.97. This item seems to have now disappeared from the soap set. Change for the sake of change is getting tiring at Wal-Mart

This Walmart was very organized & clean. I was pleased with the calm environment, the store staff were working while keeping their availability open to customers. This was one awesome visit!

This walmart is always so clean. The people at the door are always so nice. My only problem with this store is when I try to buy somthing on clearance the item is not found... Then I walk out sad & upset because they tell me they can't even sell it to me.... This has happened 4 times in the last 3 months.

Tooo many self checkouts and not any cashiers that are human. Bring the cashiers back! You want us to shop, and scan, plus bag our own groceries as if we work there. Then have to wait for someone to come over if something stops. Walmart please go back to the cashiers.

I go to Walmart often. This one in Savoy is better than the one on North Prospect avenue. They keep the shelves stocked much better than the other store. The employees are more helpful and go out of their way to do their jobs. Prospect employees are quite often too busy talking to their fellow employees about their after hours activities or friends or who knows what. They often see customers looking for employees to help them and ignore or head in different directions.
The shelves are usually empty of products and I find myself going to the South Prospect store anyway. Sorry for the poor ratings for the North store but they don't earn their new minimum wage.
