Ran into an issue with another local Walmart refusing to help with a defective tire (not a roadside assistance issue; a defective tire wall issue). After being accused of lying about what happened 3 different times and then being told it wasn’t their problem, a phone call was made to Mark at Savoy Tire Dept and he was able to fix the issue in a matter of minutes. No concerns, no allegations- a simple “well that’s not right, let’s get that fixed for you”. So very refreshing. Thank you for your kindness Mark!

This Walmart in Savoy is a much better run store than the prospect avenue store. The store is clean organized picked up. Plenty of cash registers open with cashiers at them. Just an all-round better shopping experience and I've had at Walmart in Champaign county

I have been living here in Savoy for 3 years, and I’ve always found this Walmart to be very good and well organized. Today I had a very positive and pleasant experience with an employee named Tara (I’m not sure about the spelling). She was incredibly kind and helped me with an item that was on display. I was very happy with the excellent service.

Weirdest experience ever I wash casually shopping and out of nowhere a candy back came flying over the aisle and i went in to the other aisle to see who threw it and no one was there 🍭🤔 ⁉️
