I recently made a purchase at this location for the first time. I entered my phone number for the rewards and I noticed a message appear offering $1 off my total by using my points. The cashier quickly pressed a button and the rewards option disappeared. I figured it was no big deal because I can just use the rewards on my next visit.
I just checked my app and 1000 points are missing. I never even got the discount. This place is a scam and the cashier/owners should be ashamed, but I know they’re probably not.
Update: Franchise owner Jigar Shah claims to have “reviewed camera footage” and claims that I was charged appropriately, which is true. However, he is not taking responsibility for his employee taking my 7/11 points that I had been saving and simply told me to take it up with 7/11 corporate again. Don’t patronize this business. Clearly, Jigar is an unintelligent thief who thinks he can take advantage of anyone who decides to go to his dump of a 7/11. If I worked for 7/11 corporate, I would review his franchise contract.

CHECK YOUR EXPIRATION DATES!!!! multiple times I’ve been getting expired drinks and food, but I don’t learn my lesson. It’s 9/19/23 and I got a drink expired from this past May . This issue hasn’t been fixed.
