so i visited this 711 store today and my experience with costumer service was very terrible with the person incharge at around 5:30pm on August 28!!!! so i was buying i drink for like one dollar and deal of 3 red bulls for 8 dollars and for some reason i got charge like $17usd so this person did'nt even give me a receipt so i when back a couple of minutes later to ask the guy why he charged me that much so i ask him for a refund and he refuses to refunded my money for no reason when i did'nt even open any redbulls or anything was just a very rude so was definately a bad idea stoping at this place so just to let you know people so you don't get scam like me from this 1905 w golf road 711 store cause this people are not honest they are a joke and scammers so stay away from this store!!!!!!

This 7/11 services my neighborhood and its supposedly free slurpee day and they ran out of cups so there are no more free slurpees. There was so many people coming in that turned around because they didn’t have any cups. Smh

I wanted to buy 2 liters of the 7/11 purified water. The sign says plain as day “2 for $2.50”. The young Indian guy wouldn’t honored the price and said “it’s probably expired”. I walked back there & the sign plain as day says expires 4/11… today is 4/6… he could’ve admitted he didn’t know what he was doing instead of just telling me anything. I went to CVS instead for water. Not coming to 7/11 anymore and yes they do watch u if ur black!Also, check the dates. I bought an ice cream bar that expired 11/22 last week. Almost 6 months ago. Better yet, don’t shop here. Gross!!

so I sent my 13 y.o son to that 7/11 ,who walks there frequently, to get candy with his Easter money and a manager my son has never seen there before, Mazher, thought my son was taking too long and told him he has to leave "due to security reasons" or he "will call the police". My son kept asking why and left very upset. Can't help but to think that it may have something to do with my son being a minority...
