Not actually open 24 hours. The employee would not even stop to interact with the disabled customer trying to get in when the store says it is open.

I ordered pizza from this 7-Eleven at 2 AM, and the experience was disappointing. The owner seemed irritated that I placed an order at that hour and expressed frustration, questioning why anyone would order at midnight. ( It's 24hr 711 store)
When the pizza arrived, it was left on the floor, and the box had some dirty food stuck to it.
Overall, not a pleasant experience. I’d recommend avoiding this location.

Went to this 7/11 last night and then a couple hours later a fraudulent purchase of $300 was made with our card. Pretty sure they had a skimmer because magically the purchase was made with our pin. They had a random person behind the counter as well who doesn’t work there. Very sketchy, beware.

Bought an essentia and a Red Bull from here. Got home, went to open the essentia, but the top opened like it’s been opened before. Looked closer and the water fill line is definitely low.

Made today an order with Uber from this 7/11. I ordered 2 whole milk and you charged me and put 2 low-fat chocolates milk because you were out of whole milk that I ordered. But as per your receipt it’s a whole milk as you can in the pic as well. How in the world is it possible that chocolate milk is similar to whole? You want to make money and instead of cancelling the order you gave wrong items to the dasher for the delivery. I had to reorder again. Thanks to Uber that they refund my money. Really bad experience with you guys and it’s actually not the first time

I’m a regular weekly customer of this 7-eleven and for the last month the clerk in the morning has sold me old food, but tells me he just made it. I ask him to make me some fresh mini tacos and he tells me that they don’t have any more and that the ones in the warmer are fresh but the last ones they have. The other food in the warmer is old and dried up even the roller items are dried out. This is not a place to purchase cooked food.

I have been in this store a lot for a few years since I work right by it. They NEVER have working fountain drinks. The drinks are always out of every flavor and all you get is flavorless soda water. It has been like this for years. It's insane to me that they just don't order the fountain drink flavors or they are just too lazy to change them, but whatever it is it's dumb. I stopped going on there because of this exact thing. After several months I figured I'd try again hoping they would have fountain drinks. Still just carbonated water in every tap except Coke.
Now my post will get some response from 711 telling me to take my complaint to another site, but that shouldn't be MY job. Don't respond to me and fix your store yourself

Doors were locked, why? its supposed to be 24 hours? An older indian man came and looked and went in like we weren't standing outside looking stupid. Smh unprofessional and I come here often. Zero professionalism

Placed an order that contained alcohol for pick up but I never picked it up. However they marked it as picked up.I’m assuming they gave out my order that contained alcohol to the wrong person without proper verification. I really hope it wasn’t a minor who picked it up. Very disappointed.Tried to discuss with their help desk but they didn’t seem to care of the possible distribution of alcohol without proper verification.

The service is bad and I get the feeling that they don't want to help the customers. It supposed to be a 24 hour store but the door was locked and they hide in the backroom. Ordered slurpees and they didn't even want to give me a straw or cup carrier. Very unprofessional employees there.

Manager is rude. It says 24/7 but he locks the doors and isn't even in the building. Was waiting outside for 27 mins till he came back and proceeds to say that he isn't open. False advertisement, terrible service. Waste of time. He says he's closed whenever he wants. Don't recommend coming to this one

For a 711 to treat me, bad customer service really is coming to an end as an industry. This 711 has an older gentleman, whom other people have complained about, and I encountered him. Prancing around without a care in the world as if he doesn't have a 24-hour 711 to run... man, the audacity to look me straight in my face as I'm pointing to the 24 hours open, on Google, that was JUST RECENTLY CONFIRMED by the owner. Terrible service... check your guy 7 11
