Brought my car in after getting sideswiped. I worked with Dakota and Buddy and they were both great.
The process was really easy. They walked me through everything and said exactly what kind of repairs my car needed.
I got thorough updates twice a week on the status of my car and they completed repairs before the initial expected completion date.
Car looks good as new. Highly recommend choosing this shop to get any repairs done.

I got rear ended a month ago and got paired with this shop for my repairs cannot state how amazing their customer service is Nico and Bud we beyond anything I expected or experienced at any body shop or auto shop previously. Thank you guys for fixing my car and making such a stressful time a little less so.

Caliber did a great job with our collision repair. They were respectful and courteous. They noticed things we didn’t, and kept us well informed of progress. Everything was done on time and to our satisfaction. We definitely recommend them

This whole office is wonderful. From driving me home after I dropped off my car, to texting me updates and answering all my questions, to even changing my brake light when I asked about it. I got my car back in great condition!

My experience with Caliber Collision was nothing short of frustrating. When I first brought my car in, I pointed out specific concerns to Dakota—but none of that information was relayed to the person actually working on my car. Upon picking it up, I noticed the chip on my rim was still there, along with several other issues that were supposedly going to be addressed.
I spoke to Buddy, who confirmed that Dakota hadn’t mentioned any of those concerns to him. A week later, I brought up a sound coming from my dashboard, only to be told it hadn’t been noted or inspected—but that I could come back if it continued. Buddy said he would contact my insurance and the dealership to arrange for the dashboard to be taken apart and properly checked.
Come Monday? No call. No update. No contact with the dealership or my insurance. I was left to handle everything myself.
What’s worse is Dakota didn’t even acknowledge me when I came to pick up my car—twice. Yet when I was initially considering bringing my car in, she was all over me trying to be “helpful.” That energy completely disappeared once they had the job.
I rarely leave reviews, but this whole situation was unacceptable. I absolutely do not recommend this location.

Highly recommend this location specifically - my experience was overall fantastic!! I arranged a claim through my insurance & selected this location for my repairs. They contacted me immediately, confirmed my appointment & explained the process. After dropping my vehicle off they kept me informed via text every step of the way. The team worked their magic & had my car done within the same week during a holiday week!!! I cannot thank Niko & Buddy enough for their kind customer service as well as the rest of their team who repaired my vehicle & returned in BEAUTIFUL condition. They even detailed in & out, which I wasn’t expecting. 10000000000% recommend Schaumburg location!!

Excellent Rear Bumper Repair – Looks Like New!
I brought in my car after getting rear-ended, and Caliber Collision - Schaumburg did an amazing job fixing the rear bumper and the trunk door. The paint matches perfectly and you can’t even tell there was any damage. They finished the work quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. Very happy with the results and highly recommend them!
