It’s absolutely unacceptable that this is sold in the store. We had our order delivered by Amazon shopper today and this is what was on the sausages. When discovered it my husband ate about half of them.
How could you sell products with mold on them?

Returns in the front of the store. Fast and easy. No coupons today like there often are with a return. Didn't go through the rest of the store as a result. Return process easy though and staff polite and responsive. First time at this store location. Front seemed clean, bright.

The gentleman that’s always at the front, greeting is so nice and welcoming!
A woman named Lynda (if I read her name tag correctly) was rude for no reason. There should be no reason for you to have that kind of attitude at 10 in the morning. She was ringing out an elderly woman in front of me and was so impatient with her!

Terrible service, no customer appreciation whatsoever.. went in to get a specific item and they were out of stock, so I asked one of the employees if they did rain checks and she said no, so I asked if they offered substitutes and she also said no, so then I asked if she could check another store and she also said no... 😡 like are you serious the biggest online store in the world and you don't have access to other stores??? 🤔🤢 canceling my prime membership!!!

I used to really like their salad bar but the last two times, their black beans and garbanzo beans are watery and it causes the cardboard containers to leak. Often, they are out of card board containers or grocery bags with handles. They also often don’t have crackers for their soups. They have good prices for canned soups and some other items and they have been reliable as far as having non food items on the amazon app like vitamins and over the counter meds that I order on line but the salad bar is not reliable.
