Prices aren't competitive and service is rude and unempowered. Unable to pickup ordered groceries even though I could see it sitting there. I understand that online systems fail but have a manual backup plan. Giving two stars because I can return Amazon items here.

I just received “my order” and half items are missing.. instead I received absolutely different items which is absolutely unacceptable. Like cranberry juice… I ordered apples just, I understand that they can not have the same brand and they can not add to my order at all, but they sent to me cranberry juice ( my daughter has allergies for it) and sent some other stuff which I did not ordered. I tried to contact them but… not luck.Not recommended at all!

If I could give Amazon Fresh 0 stars I would. This was my first time visiting. I had nice interactions with the staff there up until self checkout. It was 6pm on 12/6 as I was scanning the produce the machine was not taking the scan. An employee came up to me to tell me I had to enter the codes. She stood there to say I need to make sure you don’t break my machine. As I was about to finish I needed assistance as the scale was not catching my jalapeño. She was just standing there talking with another employee until I had to interrupt her asking for assistance. Her response was oh now you need my help. I requested to have the another employee to help me instead but she said no that she takes care of the self check out. I walked out. I believe her name was Tanya. I attempted to call customer service to file a complaint with no use to speaking to a manager at the physical store. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Some decent deals here but they don't have a very big selection. Produce is ho hum and the pickers have no problem with being rude to the customers. Also they start throwing a fit if you want to take their special Amazon cart into the parking lot. I'm sorry, I'm not carrying four bags of groceries and boxes of soda with my bare hands.

Produce is really fresh. Helps a lot if you are Amazon prime member to get additinal discounts. Place is not very crowded.

I would give 5 stars for the cleanliness, price, discounts and varieties. I am giving 3 stars because 2 out of 3 times the Just bare chicken I got was stale 4-5 days before the expiry date. Luckily I was able to get refund right from Amazon app without returning. But I was left with no chicken to cook when I needed it.The store manager needs to take care of it. They should not stock the Just bare brand. Have not faced any such issues at whole foods at the poultry section. Not going to buy chicken from here any more.

The fish was fresh, movement around the store was easy, and the frozen section was well organized.There's an Asian mart next door, so it would be comfortable to do some shopping together.

One of the best shopping experiences. Lots of choices to choose from. Prices are a little higher than going to local grocery stores, but large selection makes up for this.The in store full service Krispy Kreme donut shop is a plus.The hot food, sold by the weight island, can be improved. I think that will happen as business traffic improves. Not worth putting food out, if it's not selling.

Abdul from Produce is a great person. He saw that I was carrying several things in my hands, so he said hello and offered right away to get me a cart. Since then, he recognizes me and says hello to me every time! Prices have come down a little since the re-opening. I do like the store, but I am apprehensive about giving more money to Jeff Bezos.
