So we went in looking for a couch and a sales lady named Bayan made this experience the worst possible one yet. First of all we have been to many furniture stores and never once has a sales associate commented on how long we were in the store. We were in there for maybe 45 min when this sales lady comes up to me saying “well you have all the time You’ve already been in the store for over an hour” then she proceeds to insult me by telling me I’m picky and if I go and sit on another couch it will be my favorite and come back to this one it will be my other favorite. These are fairly pricey couches and of course I want to make sure the one we purchase is the one best suitable for us. I also didn’t appreciate how she had zero idea on any of the sofas, she was asked what the name of a couch was and she stated “oh I’m not good with names” honestly I could go on with the nonsense and disrespect but it’s not fair to say every employee there is like this. We’ve been to the location multiple times and this is just a fair warning to ask for another associate.

Worst Experience Ever.DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! I bought a sofa in November 2023, I received it a couple weeks after and I paid $2000+ for it. The day I got the sofa at my house they dropped it from the truck and broke the arm rest. Then the pain starts, i call the customer support and they are 0/10, worst experience ever as well. They scheduled a technician to come and fix it for FREE, but he came 3 weeks after the receiving date, then he ripped the whole textile arm rest part to tell me that he can't fix it and left it like that, then he just left… I had to speak on the phone back and forth with customer support again so 1 month after that they offered a free exchange. Then I received 3 new sofas that were more broken than the original ones, so I had to call and start the whole process over again for a new exchange… THE DO NOT OFFER A RETURN AND THEY PROMISE ME MANY TIMES FOR COMPENSATION AND $$ BACK BUT I STILL DIDN'T RECEIVE ANYTHING 5 MONTHS LATER. I DON'T KNOW HOW THIS COMPANY IS IN THE BUSINESS STILL.I HOPE MORE PEOPLE SEE THIS SO THEY DON'T NEED TO GO THRU ALL THIS..

I strongly recommend that you DO NOT buy from them. They have horrible support and a horrible delivery service. Their delivery service damaged our couch while delivering it, and now it has taken them more than 4 months just to send out the part needed for repairs, so they can schedule a technician to come and fix it.

The story is to long. I had a problem with the people who take care of your repaired. They are really bad. But your associate Manager Andy Moreno helped me through the whole ordeal. It took from November to February to get it almost done now I’m waiting for the piece of furniture to come. He called them for me and they did the same to him, he treated me so professionally. He needs a star. Thank you Andy
