I bought a piece of equipment in the Powerbeats Pro Totally Wireless Earphones - Ivory store $274 #51-706000021138190 attended by an analyst who placed my address wrong, I realized that it was like that and I told him to modify it so that I could get my correct purchase and he told me that he did. When he made the purchase I told him that it reached the wrong address and he kept telling me that everything was fine that it would arrive at the address that he modified in the system. And it turns out that my equipment was delivered to another address. I need my money back or my equipment. I'm not going to take responsibility for a team that I didn't receive by mistake from the analyst Leo from his store.

Charlene did an amazing job at helping me with the issues i was having on my phone. As someone who's not exactly "tech savvy" I appreciated how patient she was with me. :)

I’ve been wanting to upgrade my phone for a while and was having difficulty figuring out if I wanted to move from my iPhone to a Samsung Flip. Charlene was incredibly helpful and had a lot of patience with my indecisiveness. Needless to say, I am very happy with my new phone and will continue to come to this location next time.

Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and organized and the manager, Charlene, there is always willing to help. If you are looking for an AT&T store with staff you can trust and work with. Give this store a shot!

One of the worst ATT shops. Rude and unprofessional staff. Especially a short lady who says herself as a manager. Lying people till they sell their lines and phones. Received almost double price what they offered before. Never recommend this location. Be careful.
