Justin, the store manager, was unprofessional and dismissive during my visit. He made a critical mistake despite clear instructions, leaving me frustrated and disappointed with the service.

The store manager, Justin, provided extremely poor customer service. He was rude, unhelpful, and initially refused to assist me with a simple account request. After reluctantly agreeing, he still managed to make a critical mistake despite me providing clear instructions multiple times. His unprofessional attitude made the entire experience frustrating and unnecessarily difficult.

I had the worst customer service experience ever at this AT&T store.
All I needed was to transfer one phone line from my account to another AT&T account. The store manager, Justin, was extremely rude and initially refused to help me. I explained that I was an AT&T customer and that he was obligated to assist me. After some back-and-forth, he reluctantly agreed to help.
However, instead of transferring the correct line (which I clearly identified three times), he transferred the wrong line, causing a major issue.
A week later, the problem was still unresolved, so I returned to the store. This time, I spoke with a representative named Aimee. At first, she was polite and assured me the issue would be fixed within 72 hours, promising to keep me updated.
Unfortunately, she completely stopped responding to my messages and failed to provide any updates on my case.
This level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer care is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this AT&T store if you need real help—you’ll waste your time, and your issue likely won’t be resolved.
Eventually, I contacted AT&T customer service directly, filed a formal complaint against the store, and they resolved the issue within 30 minutes.

Aimee was very knowledgeable about all the products.
I needed a data plan for my business mobile hotspot.
And she took the time to explain the service and plans to follow in a few days.

I highly recommend this business. This has great service.
The customer service was outstanding, and the product was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I got from Ruben Lopez. He went above and beyond to help me find what was best for my needs. I was very impressed with his professionalism and customer service. I highly recommend this store.
