This store has employees who have been stealing phones from clients for years! They'll take your phone, and they won't give you the trade in credit. They can't give you the credit because they're not reporting it to ATT. They're stealing your phone and selling it themselves. Corporate ATT should be aware of this if they have many customers from the same store calling them and asking where their credit went, but corporate doesn't care.

Never ever go to this authorized dealer. I advise if u want to upgrade or simply want to add service go to corporate store because sales person (Jose from Arizona) will lie just to make a sell thanks for phone customer service fixed everything for me but once I called him out on his lie and him jacking up my bill! I asked for a supervisor and this clown would refused to go get her and stated she was busy and by the way the store empty with no customers ! Just horrible service all the way and customer reported this authorized dealer to corporate just from looking at what he did to my account alone! I hope something gets down this particular store gets taught a lesson because I’m sure customer service like this is not tolerated on ANY ATT LEVEL! I advice u go to corporate store in Schaumburg by Woodfield they took care of everything and got me right

Terrible service!! Bloomingdale store dirty place ..Employees of store doesn't know their job or simple their lie to you in order to make a sale.. A better Training and signal is terrible. I can't wait to go back to infinity way better.
Used a paper and write what they said to you their offers because they will charged you a different amount. I paid less money on infinity and I have a better service.

I came in about 40 minutes before closing because I needed to simply drop off my old phone and get a receipt for it (5 minutes max). The gentleman who refused to name himself was alone, which I empathize with, and had several customers before. Right off the bat told me he will not be able to help me, even before asking me what I came in for. I said I will wait regardless as I still have 40 minutes.
About 5 minutes later, he tried his luck again telling me he won’t be able to help me but this time asking me what I require. I told him what I needed, and he proceeded to continue helping others.
About 10 minutes to closing, when there were still two customers before me, he told ME that if I don’t leave by 7pm, he will call the police….. I have NEVER been threatened to have police called on me for simply waiting… then, 5 minutes before closing, another couple came in, and he told them that after the customer he is currently helping, he is closing down (completely ignoring the fact that I was still waiting). I asked for his name 3 times and he refused to give it to me, and he had no name badge on.
This was a complete lack of basic customer service etiquette, he didn’t care why I came in, didn’t ask what I require and was not apologetic in the slightest that he won’t be able to help. He was willing to trespass me while still helping other customers AFTER closing time.

First, the manager at the store was sitting outside the door when we walked up. She wouldn’t let me enter the store until I stopped to talk to her. Then she told me I had to call customer service to be an account holder and it “would literally take 3 min and can be done over the phone”. 2 hours later and it had to be changed on our online account not over the phone. Already off to a good start. Then she says with an iPhone 14 you can get a free phone case, free screen protector, and free Bluetooth speaker. Great! Yes, now one month later I’m being charged for the phone case, screen protector and Bluetooth speaker. Be careful for the cons the try to sell you up front. If they are offering “free” accessories - they are not free.

Bad attention. I don't plan to return to that store, the girl who attends is rude. I don't know how they have staff with so little empathy and lack of education. They should train us before making them employees of such an important store, that girl should not be there.

Last year I purchased my new I phone with multiple accessories,, my screen protector was lifetime warranty all I was told to bring it in and have it replaced if scratched or damaged. Returned to the store recently to have the screen protector replace and I was told it does not show it was purchased but I paid for it on my credit card, then I'm told they can replace it for a fee or I need to return it to the manufacturer for credit.
But wait if it show I didn't purchase there where or whom do I return.
It was a joke but wanted to charge me again,
