Stopped to grab a bday gift for a friend. Jennifer and Rachel were so helpful. Even went as far as trying to help me find what products my friend could be using so I could get her the right products. Both were also very knowledgeable!

Sammy was super helpful. I was able to get some good creams for my face that helped me with my dry skin issue. The girls here are really friendly. I was very glad that I came. I definitely recommend getting their free mini facial. It’s easy to find if you park right by the Nordstrom.

I asked how much it would cost for bang trim before my service they said it was 11$, after the service they decided to add 4$ extra because of “service charge”.. also Alek not sure how to spell his name was very rude. No hairstylist ever told me i have to wash my hair before i get bang trim i’m not sorry for washing my hair 3 times a week! I did like how it turned out, i thanked him he said nothing like he wanted me to get out of his chair asap there was no greeting either rolled his eyes and sigh, almost make me feelguilty for asking what i want. Never coming back.

I never write reviews but... I made a special stop at Woodfield during a soccer tournament today to go to the Aveda store as I was out of one of my hair products. After 20 mins trying to find a parking spot I approached the store to find the gate down and a sign and someone telling me they're 'at lunch'. Ummm ... it's Sunday and you're only open from 12-6 and you take a lunch break and close the store?! This was at 2 pm. Couldn't you eat before 12?! VERY disappointed. I get that it's hard finding workers right now but that's unacceptable IMO. So I left empty handed and Amazon got my business instead.

This Aveda store is awesome, my complaint is with the sales associate who was working tonight gave a warm friendly welcome when my sister and I came into store, and then immediately became rude when my sister told her that she wanted to make a return, because she decided to save money and purchase the items online (friends and family sale)... I was holding my little one while she was processing the return, and my sister had pinned one of the breast cancer awareness bows on her jean jacket, (eye roll from sales associate) totally not necessary, if they are not complimentary do not leave them out on the counter....Her body language, and facial expressions alone were just uncalled for... I have a job in customer service and even after a long day, I still put a smile on my face....
