I love books, so I love to go to bookstores.
There are mostly current bestsellers and past bestselling books at Barnes and Noble.
My teen granddaughter found two Manga books for her collection.
I bought a Schleich plastic animal (llama) from the clearance table and a Christmas picture storybook .
There is plenty of parking in the minimally lot, but expect to park a bit away as it is jamming at this mall
I would not feel safe if I were handicapped getting into this store.
There are public restrooms available, and there was a line waiting to use them. I went on a Saturday afternoon.
A Starbucks is inside the store and there were no sears available both times I walked by.
It is a visual pleasure to see the books stacked on the shelves and they are packed in tight!
So, why did I give this store an average score? The service was not even average. I thought the total of the merchandise was high, but I didn't check the merchandise prices. At the next store I had a chance to sit down and read the receipt. Unfortunately, I was overcharged for the lama by $15! And the storybook by 50%! A total of over $26! Thank goodness I checked before we left the mall.
The second clerk was bored and she was still being trained. I don't think she will be there long with her attitude and lassutude.
We went here because our B & N closed during covid. I probably won't go back for a year.

We did pick up on two books from this store. When we arrived home we noticed one book was used. We tried to return book at a later date because of the holidays and they didn’t want to return it.

Everything was good but there barely any dragon ball manga and from what I thought from the pics that there would be a lot of toys and Funko pops

It's a smaller branch than the BN stores you're used to.

This is one of the worst B&Ns. To start, they have their books all over the place, so you are basically forced to ask someone for help locating a title. I understand the tables promoting new titles or certain genres/categories, etc., but at least leave one or two copies on their designated shelves. Looking for a book there is like going on a scavenger hunt. It’s ridiculous. Second, the cafe looks like a high school cafeteria. It’s so Industrial-feeling and cold. There’s not a single piece of art or design on any of the giant walls. Third, there’s no place to sit other than the cafe. There should be little seating areas throughout the store, and there are plenty of little nooks to have some. Fourth, the magazine area is so tiny, you may as well be at a drugstore. Too bad they closed the Bloomingdale location. It was the best.

It's a decent B&N, my only problem is the limited book selection. The store is small for a B&N, and so I found it difficult to find the specific books I wanted. Still a clean store though!

This is a nice, clean bookstore with a good variety of reading material.
A Starbucks coffee shop is inside the store. You are allowed to carry your coffee everywhere in the store.
Prices are a little high, but so is everything else.

Beautiful bookstore, I love it. Neat clean, restrooms are clean. Cafe, coffee not the best. Experience today, Sunday cafe worker ran infront of me when I went up to get a coffee. Nobody in line, I walk up, and the cafe employee comes from behind the counter and steps in front of me. I thought he was checking the stock in front of the register, but no, he decided to order a drink. Told me the line was over here now trying to tell me where I should stand after running in front of me. Coffee was terrible, they were out of cold brew after he had stood there for an hour talking and not checking stock. Poor service
