This is by far the most uncomfortable Best Buy to shop in. I was shopping for a Sony A7R III camera. I was there almost 30 mins not one employee asked if I needed help but I noticed a couple of employees watching from a distance in a sneaky way, I was there to purchase a camera not steal one. Finally after 40 mins I was asked if I needed help but by then I felt they didn't want my business so I headed over to their competitor who had the camera in stock.

It was the first Best Buy store that I walked into, where I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. The person was knowledgeable and directed us to the correct area for the item we were looking for. Other Best Buy stores have not been very helpful in the past. I was pleasantly surprised.

It's getting useless. The advertised product wasn't in stock. Bought the one I didn't wanted because I drove out here for 25 mins and didn't have time. Last time I got here I was told the product wasn't in stock. They radioed a colleague and confirmed while I looked around and found the product right behind the sales person who just looked at me and walked away as I picked the product. Not sure what's going on here

Extremely Disappointing Service! I recently purchased a refrigerator from this electronics store, and I must express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service provided. The entire experience has been a nightmare, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated.Firstly, the delivery process was far from smooth. After waiting for five days for the scheduled delivery, two technicians arrived on the appointed day. However, their behavior was astonishingly unprofessional. Not a single word was exchanged, not even a simple greeting. They glanced around, seemingly uninterested, and left abruptly. To make matters worse, they failed to return later that day as promised.Upon reaching out to three different phone numbers, I discovered the technicians claimed there was no clear path for delivery. Contrary to their statement, there was a clear path, and it appeared they simply didn't want to do the job themselves. I was informed that I needed to reschedule the appointment. This process, however, proved to be a bureaucratic nightmare.Attempting to reschedule on the same day proved futile. I had to wait 24-48 hours before attempting to schedule the next available appointment. This is highly inconvenient, especially considering I had purchased a refrigerator, a vital appliance for my household. With children at home, the need to prepare food is constant, and the lack of a working refrigerator left me in a vulnerable and frustrating situation.The level of customer care demonstrated by this electronics store is abysmal. It is evident that their processes are nonsensical and lack any consideration for the urgent needs of their customers. The fact that no one could offer assistance or a timely resolution to such a critical matter is unacceptable.In conclusion, I strongly advise against purchasing from this electronics store. The indifferent attitude towards customer needs and the sheer lack of accountability in their processes make it an experience I would not wish upon anyone. It seems as though they expect customers to wait indefinitely, and this kind of service is simply intolerable.

I really think the geek squad for Best Buy are want to be computer experts with little knowledge of any technology. Walked in to the store with Apple TV in hand. Mind you it is 2015,2016 Apple TV yes it’s old but I take care of my stuff and it still works great only problem was the remote control was broken. I knew it needed remote control but I want to geek squad to ask them if the universal remote worked on Apple TV. This guy tells me it’s best to buy a new Apple TV because no remote is going to work on Apple TV. Really this is what you hire someone who is not willing to help your customers tells me I need to make an appointment for the geek squad to look at my Apple TV to make sure it works. Dude I’m 64 years old not stupid. Needless to say I went to target purchased a remote and my Apple TV is back working beautifully. When you can ask the customer 3 times is your Apple TV couple of years old? No my Apple TV is actually from 2015! Never had any problems with it. I do not buy things to destroy or upkeep with the Jones’s. So next time when your looking at a 64 year and thinking to yourself she’s a sucker sell her something she doesn’t need because you think she’s stupid. Think again there is a reason you work for geek squad because that is as far as your going to get in your Technology! When your telling me I need to make an appointment with Greek squad and pay them to tell me if a universal remote would work on my Apple TV, as you tell me no remote control will work on my Apple TV! Then tell me it’s best to buy a new one. You know nothing about Apple TV or technically.

Acudí con mi esposa para buscar una tablet y observamos varias opciones que estaban en precio. Al menos más económicas que en nuestro país. Y lo sobresaliente también fue que el chico que nos atendió era bilingüe y fue más sencillo para nosotros, conocer sobre las características de los equipos que nos gustaron. Hasta decidir por uno.
