I purchased a 2023 F-150 lightning earlier this week and had a great experience. I worked with Ed "Froggy" and he was able to make the process a lot easier than what I had previously experienced when I had bought my 2015 Mustang GT. I was also given a fair price for my trade-in and was offered me a better loan than my bank. Devin was also very helpful and was able to wrap up the finance part quick! I highly recommend Schaumburg Ford

This was my first time in the service department since it was renovated. I was very pleased with my service advisor Frank and the fact that my vehicles alignment was checked right when I pulled in which was a nice added bonus! They also found a coupon I could use since mine was for conventional and not a synthetic blend oil change which I was very appreciative of! Thanks again!

KNOW WHAT YOUR SIGNING! Wouldnt return my calls until I went online and selected to inquire about another car. Reached out to Sandra 3 times leaving voicemails and no return call. Then after asking to speak to manager about not recieving my title a month later, (I paid in full for my car, no loan) Joe anwsered and said i should learn not to block my number if I wanted to get in contact with someone there. (YALL CALLED ME LOL) Didnt have any anwsers to my question said he would return call never did. Joe also said i SIGNED a document stating I might not get a title for 6 months blaming the entire issue on the STATE OF IL. When i told him i know i didnt sign anything like that, he said they have the only copy.(LIES) Im very diligent about reading what I sign even though they tried to hurry me along. I called the Secretary of State and reported this dealer, they sent title and all paperwork within 24 hours after that. Never got my second key they said was locked in a office of someone that already left for the day. Now all of a sudden they say they dont have one. The only good thing about this dealer was my salesman and the receptionist. I would never buy another car from this dealership, and i would caution anyone who does to READ your documents. If you have are having title issues with them call the IL STATE POLICE at 630-693-0551.

If I could give this dealership 0Stars I would. Went in today as my brother was about to purchase a defender. He had a down payment on the car. An appointment to finalize all the paperwork. We called in advance to make sure everything was set before we arrived. Upon pulling up to the vehicle. Shocked is not the word. We see the car. Clearly not been cleaned on the exterior. We open the door. There’s a Starbucks cup in the cup holder. Newport cigarettes in the center console. Ash around the driver side door. Which is ironic now because it was sold as a never smoked in vehicle but now the interior smelled likeSmoke. And unknown stains in the back seat. The sales person comes up and says oh we canHave this cleaned. “Cleaned”. I was always under the impression when you goPurchase a car it would comeCleaned as standard practice. Didn’t think cleaning was them doing us a favorWe had an appointment to purchase this vehicle. We had a deposit from 2 days ago. The staff clearly thought this was a normalExperience. Again this is not how a first car purchase should go. A matter of fact no one should have an experience like this. The pictures will speak for themselves. The fact that the manager took this car out the day before it was supposed to purchased and decided to treat it and leave it sprawled with trash is appalling. I wouldStrongly advice purchasing from another dealership that cares about customer service an having positive experience through out the process

0/5 - Avoid this dealership, and avoid buying their 2020 Land Rover Defender, they abuse their cars. Read the other reviews carefully. After back/forth speaking with the sales associate, I was set to purchase a preowned 2020 Land Rover Defender. A deposit was placed on 9/20, with a set time for pickup arranged 9/22.On 9/22 I confirmed with the dealership that I will be arriving. We came after our scheduled time and parked next to the vehicle I had placed a deposit on. This is where I'm actually appalled any dealership could handle a sale so poorly:I open the car door and am hit with the stench of smoke. There are crumbs all over the seats and pieces of cake. There are white stains through the back seats. An empty carton of cigarettes and ash spread along the door sill. There are pens on the drivers side and cough drops on the passenger side door jam. There is garbage in the center console. There was a coffee cup in the cup holder. The floors are a complete mess. The inside of the car was trashed. When asked about it, the sales associate said that the general manager Alex Brixie had taken the car overnight. This mess does not happen overnight. And once a deposit is placed why is the car being driven at others' leisure? I had a set time for pickup and despite being trashed, I can't wrap my head around how a dealership wouldn't even try to clean it before the buyer arrives.I ask one of the other managers to take a look and he states that he'll have it all cleaned up, $100 clean job as though he is doing me a favor by having the car I'm buying in buy-ready condition. Another worker was visibly upset, and told us we didn't need to make a big deal about this and stormed inside. At no point was an apology offered, or anything more than "I'll have your car cleaned after it was trashed and not ready in time for your scheduled pickup"I can't imagine any dealership allowing their vehicles to be treated this way, especially by the General Manager - Alex Brixie, and after a deposit has been placed...The entire situation made no sense to me. Suffice to say, I had my deposit returned and walked out.

I had a terrible experience with this dealership after buying my car they would not be willing to help me out whatsoever even though I purchased extended warranty seems like it is an ongoing issue at this dealer… Also after picking my car and driving I opened the hood and my 2019 raptor was missing parts as well as a plastic engine bay… Ridiculous will be contacting the Ford’s corporate about this locationEdit: Devin ended up calling me back a week after and helping me get this fully covered. Thanks again

Wishi could give them zero stars purchased a vehicle September 13th 2023 a 2019 Audi etron drove the vehicle 2 times and I told the salesman that I seemed like it need brakes. He oh no there fine we check all our cars forward two days later the car says it needs brakes was told by dealership to bring it in sales manager told me that they would fix them so today I call to see if they where orderd they have no idea wat I’m talking the sales manager Eric flat out shook my hand and lied to me this vehicle is unsafe to drive because it needs brakes I traded a perfectly good bmw in that didn’t need brakes I should not be responsible for brakes on a purchase 10 days old this was the worst purchase and dealers ever

Car I bought didn't have all the promised features. Waited for plates for 2 months, with promises they'd come in the mail. A week before my temporary expires, they sent all the paperwork for me to do it myself. The night of the purchase I was also at the dealer until midnight waiting for them to finish with other customers and paperwork.

Zero Stars would be more fitting. Used this dealership in 2018, and had a positive experience. Fast Forward to September of 2022, I order a new hybrid truck. I'm told the price will be $25,240 plus TTL. Truck is built a year later with a $500 price increase. Should be no problem, since Ford protects price increases to the original purchaser within a model year. The dealer just has to submit documentation, that proves I was the one who ordered it, and purchased it.I was given a 3:00PM appointment by the new sales manager, because apparently the entire staff changed back in February. The Salesman I ordered from and sales manager from last year were gone. I arrive by 2:30, check out the little truck for a few minutes, and let the sales manager know that I'll be in the customer waiting room. (mind you this is after I brought the Sales Manager Lunch, which he asked me to do) I hear him tell the salesman 3 different times that he has a customer waiting. He's running around laughing and talking to the other salesman like it's a frat house. My wife see's what's going on and is getting upset by 3:30. Finally at 3:45 we are greeted by the salesman to do the paperwork. He tells me to sign a paper stating $650 a month for 72 months! Then I see he buried a Gap policy and an extended warranty into the contract. After 5 minutes of arguing with him, he finally takes it off. Has me sign a few trivial pieces of paperwork, then it's off to the finance office.Finance guy again insists I need a gap policy, and a "Windshield and tire protection package". I haven't had a blowout in 40 years, and never replaced a windshield. He continues to try to convince me why this $100 a month package for 72 months is so important. $7,200 in case I need a tire or a windshield? WTF? Finally, after arguing with him for 20 minutes he agrees to drop those scams in the Finance office. Then he hits me with an interest rate 3.5% higher than my banks so-so rate. Tells me it's now $500 for 72 months, with excellent credit. Tells me Ford credit is over 12% now, but he got a little better from a bank. WHAT? So I asked how they would handle the $500 price protection amount. He says he never heard of "price protection" I had to explain this to him, and the Sales Manager, who also "never heard of it" I showed them the Ford document, and let them know they must file to get the refund for me from Ford. So finally, it's late, and I'm ready for a late dinner. I said just write it up and I'll refinance it with my bank. Finance manager has the gall to tell me I have to keep the loan with their High Juice bank or they don't get credit for the loan.Excuse me but what the hell have you done for me? I refinanced the loan for 3.5% less "juice" and a savings of $4,200. I can only imagine how much this tactic will cost the average $47K car buyer if my little commuter was only $25K.I go home that Saturday, Monday I ask for the General Manager. I get him on the phone and ask if they will file for the price protection. He says "what's that"? At this point I feel like I'm in the twilight zone, since nobody at this dealer seems to know about this decades old policy. And he is the General Manager? I forwarded the document to him. He claims Ford says that I as the customer must have a certificate for that. 3 times calling Ford Customer Service and they confirm every time that this dealer is required to file for the price protection. This is a Horrible dealer experience, start to finish once the truck arrived. I guess they wanted me to refuse the truck so they can mark this little hard to get unicorn up by $10,000. The previous crew inspired me to come back and gained my Loyalty. The new crew threw that 5 years of loyalty away in about 4 hours. They never even had anyone offer to show me features, or sync up my phone when the purchase was done. Keys and GTFOH basically.....Sadly, I have bought several $100K Fords in the past too. 9 new Fords since 2000. Guess where I wi

I wish I could give them zero stars. I did purchase a vehicle from them only because I wanted the car. Everything seemed well when I first arrived to check the car out. Things were going ok. However after they found out that I had my own financing and I wouldn’t be letting them dogged my credit out by sending it to a bunch of banks, things seemed to change. The salesman Alex was nice enough but my wife and I didn’t feel the love. Then things got really bad when we went into the finance manager’s office. After about 2 hours of waiting. To make a long story short. My wife and I almost walked out on the deal a couple times. Once the overall deal was reached they weren’t the nicest of people. We were merely in the way. Thank you Alex, Eric, and Z! We will never come there again nor will we recommend this dealership to anyone.

We had a great experience car shopping here at Schaumburg. We came in wanting a Ford Bronco, the car of our dreams. We had the pleasure of working with Anas Mirza, and he worked with us so we could walk out with the exact car we wanted! Would definitely recommend and come back again in the future. :)
