Very rude manager. We shopped at this location multiple times and never had any issue but one time we came in and my toddler just ran over to a manikin which then he started yelling that one finger of manikin cost $5000. Never will shop again from this location

I ordered a product that was supposed to arrive in three days!!!
A week has passed since my order and when I asked for a refund, they refused!!!
they said that you need to wait until the order arrives at their store... And then they will refund the money ???
The seller said that the money will not be given and if I don't leave, they will call security to kick me out of the store!
If you go to this location, expect that you will definitely have problems!!!

Employees working in this store really put a bad name for Hugo Boss. Walk in and all employees are on their phone laying on the sofas no one greets even when your ready to pay they don’t say a word to you. Very messy store in this location. Please hire people that want to work and look decent not kids that are on their phone laying on the sofa like if they were at home.

In my recent purchase, I spent $500+ on five shirts. Last night I tried to iron one, as it wouldn’t relax on its own, and the iron symbol was not crossed. The shirt starts releasing color.
As I walk into the store today to replace it, the first guy just waves me off as their shirts are not to be ironed. I ask for the manager.
Jay shows up, claiming that he is the manager. Does not want to return the shirt as I should have known that two little tiny dots on an iron represent cold iron. I still don’t really understand what cold iron means??? He offers credit but sale is over.
He does not want to return the shirt and body shames me because I am 6’2, not fat.It was comical but fine they do have only small numbers. Oh yes, this was the last year shirt so I guess I should feel like a peasant. I will call corporate as I really don’t feel like paying $120 and supposed to know that two tiny dots means some special treatment of a shirt that would not relax on its own like others did in the same purchase..
At the end, I asked for his card as I will call corporate. I learned that Jay is not a store manager at all. Supposedly they don’t have one. This is when I took his picture.
