Disappointed to have to write this review, but wanted to share our experience and really wish this rental space would’ve worked out for our new business. After 2 visits and long conversations to ensure we were choosing the right space for our brand new business, we were essentially ghosted. In addition, we were misquoted, and after being told we’d hear back about a new rate, the new rate was suddenly higher than even initially given. We were so excited about the space, but had to have gotten this insight that it was indeed too good to be true. The space is brand new and beautiful, but to have an unreliable landlord that appeared at first sight to be ‘on our side,’ we’re glad to have gotten this insight now before signing a contract.

I have rented commercial property for over 20 years and by far Boxer Properties has been an excellent choice for our new location. From the showing of the property, to the signing of the lease Scott Sisco was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Since moving into the building, we have been very pleased with his continued support as needed, as well as the overall support of the property management and thoroughly enjoy our office space!

I love the space I am in. The condition is well kept and ambiance is highly professional. The property manager installs equipment for top of the line seminar facility. They respond to requests immediately. When we are missing items such as simple things like erasers and dry erase pens, they furnish promptly. Similarly, when the screen didn't work, they addressed quickly. I would like to mention Dan Joyce, for being the best Property Manager I have ever met. He is always pleasant, calm, and addresses my needs. Thank you, Dan.

Boxer maintains their property very well. E-mails are answered in a very timely manner. Maintenance department are quick to resolve the few issues that arise.Deli in the building is very good, and the ease of using the conference room is a super plus.
